My Review of Coastal Hyundai:
My plan was to purchase a newer model used vehicle and Coastal did not disappoint. I had planned to go to several other dealerships, but Coastal Hyundai made a deal that I was happy with. I love my Elantra and Hal has gone above and beyond to be sure that I am pleased.

I highly recommend Hal and his sales manager, Spike. Hal is not one to use high pressure. He listens and wants your business.

A close friend of mine just purchased 2 vehicles in the past 2 years from your dealership and Brian Locke was the salesman. When my buddy told me to be sure to have Brian as my salesman, I soon discovered why........Brian was extremely personable with no "high pressure sales tactics" He was extremely knowledgeable and was on top of the inventory available. I ended up purchasing a 2006 Tucson and its a great vehicle! Because of Brian's professionalism, I have become a "customer for life" ! Your dealership should consider itself extremely fortunate to have Brian as a part of your dedicated staff......As a professional in the healthcare field, I truly appreciate being treated as an individual and not a number.....many thanks again to you Brian.....you're the best!!!

Tom really listened to my concerns and acted quickly and spectacularly to improve my service experience. I deeply appreciate this because as a female I am frequently treated in a patronizing manner when getting work done to my car (or house for that matter). The fact is I have 2 college degrees and appreciate not being taken advantage of when I do have to have work done. So, yes I would recommend their services and again allow me to express my sincere gratitude to Tom Tempesta and Eric Bush for their efforts in this matter.

My experience at Coastal Hyundai Melbourne,Florida is always a 100% enjoyable venture. Walking into the dealership is like walking into a best friends home. The dealership is absolutely unlike any other auto dealership, I have ever been in for the past 60 years. All of the personnel are like friendly relatives. They are completely friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please their customers. I never feel as though I am a customer but more like a highly appreciated relative. I am always welcomed and taken care of with no hesitation. This friendly service is not limited to the front sales but extends from one end to the other. Service is absolutely perfect and on time, and the coffee is superb.

My Review of Coastal Hyundai:
I went to Coastal Hyundai hoping for a miracle. I was having trouble keeping up with my car payments on my old car, a 2007 Sonata. I spoke with TJ Watson on the phone and told him my dilemma. For the next couple of days I got feedback from him telling me what he had found for me so far. When I went into the dealership this past Saturday, Wes Baker showed me a 2011 Elantra, I LOVED it! I now have a beautiful new car, I'm paying less per month, and I couldn't be happier!! Wes even helped me pair my phone with the Bluetooth that was in the car. I am so grateful to TJ and Wes for finding this car for me and that they were able to get me out from under my old car. I will be getting my next car from Coastal and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

My Review of Coastal Hyundai:
I first spoke with a young man named TJ, he was helpfull and kind. The car i was inquiring about was listed at $7300 ans someone had taken it to their mechanic to get checked and I had to wait the next day to see if was to buy it. A man named Johnny Lyons called back and said the man's wife would not let him buy it. Well I saw online that the price had changed to $9,000. When I asked Johnny he gave me some excuse about it need detailed! I sneaked over to see it and it had alreasy been detailed and hours later he said they just started detailing it. We went to test drive it and made and i went to make an offer and he wouldnt let me give him a number he left from the desk for almost 30 min and came back with a prive of $11,000! I said I would still like it to get checked out with my mechanic and he said if it came back that everything was i had to agree to that price and buy the car. I told him no and he got up and walked away. When you pull up to the dealership the staff are all standing around outside talking and they just look at you, they do not even say hello.
Bad experience. That place is like a boiler room for cars. I strongly suggest Boniface dealership at 880 apollo blvd. Havent found a car yet but they were at least willing to greet us with a smile. Dont know anything else about them.

My Review of Coastal Hyundai:
I was looking to purchase a slightly used Nissan Versa and this dealer had one in the color that I wanted. I stopped by and took it for a test drive and was told that they were having a "liquidation sale," which I interpreted as "getting a great deal." After waiting on the finance dept to get the paperwork written up, I was told that the 2010 hatchback was $16k- which is OVER $2k KBB! I was disgusted and told the manager that the car wasn't even worth that, which they then acknowledged and still tried to get more than the KBB value they showed me for the car! I don't know if they thought because I was a young female that I wouldn't know the value of a car, they were wrong. Will NEVER go there again and will warn others of their pricing tactics!

Women actually make more buying decisions then men. Kelly Blue Book is a consumer point of reference, and is not always the most accurate source of what the value of a vehicle is. That being said, they are not typically $2,000 off on the value of a car and we are not typically $2,000 higher than them(which ever way you'd like to view it). I checked the vehicle you mentioned and entered the equipment into Kelly Blue Books website. The value that it is showing is $15,655. I am not sure if you entered the equipment as this car does have options that are not listed as standard. A $345 difference between the sources that we us and KBB is not uncommon.

Hopefully this will at least ease your mind about the initial pricing of the car. Please feel free to contact me directly, as we would still like to earn your business if at all possible. Or at the very least we want to ensure that you are comfortable with our store.

Several of these vehicles approached or exceeded the 40K price point............and I have to say that after buying cars for over 20 years, this was by far the most satisfying, completely stress free purchase transaction I've ever had. My mother in-law is thrilled with her new Tucson, and keeps saying she can't believe how "nice" you all were. My Review of Coastal Hyundai:
Had my flier (that they sent to my home!!!) thrown out in front of me and was shouted at with profane language in a slightly intimidating fashion.
Spoke to management, they apologized, and said I would be sent lottery tickets.
Not even bothering to check my flier number, how did they know I didn't win a bigger prize?
The flier specifically said to call a certain phone number, enter your unique code and proceed to dealership.
Makes a person wonder about car dealership contests,and the overall integrity of these people.
Disgraceful to say the least.
By the way, still haven't received the lottery tickets.
Gee.....what a shock.
