My Review of Coggin Chevrolet at the Avenues:
This life lifelong big three fan (I mean I love my Chevy), recently required some service from Coggin’s Chevrolet at the Avenues, in Jacksonville Florida. Their Service Consultant, Lorraine Frabutt could not have been more indifferent, unprofessional, or rude to me. She gave me a time when my parts would be ready. When I showed up they were not. I inquired about the problem and was basically told it was my fault and I should stop arguing. No apologies, no “sorry for the misunderstanding SIR”. I was told to come back at a specific time and service would be complete. I left, then came back at the appointed time. Service was NOT completed. I thought about complaining to management, but considering that Coggin’s own a Toyota dealership just down the street, why bother. The Over paid Fat Cats at GM tell us they need another Welfare Bailout to stay afloat. That may be, but my thinking is that if the dealership owners are not concerned about GM, treating people with respect, courtesy, or keeping customers loyal, then why would their employee’s. And if the employees don’t care then why should I.
I hate to say it but Next vehicle I’m shopping. And it won’t be at any General Motors or Coggin’s Dealerships

My Review of Coggin Chevrolet at the Avenues:
I was very happy with the service from Chevrolet at the Avenues and Ion Baker. He called us back on the car we saw on the internet and held it for us to come see and drive. He sold us this car at $1,000 less due to a typing error on the internet. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car. The internet shopping is the way to go. This save time when searching nventory for what you need. This is my fourth car fron the Coggin dearlerships and we will buy again.

My Review of Coggin Chevrolet at the Avenues:
I was very happy with the service that I received from Chevrolet at the Avenues. The Sales person that assisted me, Ion Baker went out of his way to accommodate my preferences on an automobile. He spent the majority of the day helping me and skipped lunch to search for the exact vehicle that I was looking for. After that, Danny Sullivan assisted me in completing the Automobile purchase and made sure that I was well taken care of. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Chevrolet product.

This dealership is in a good location. Everything was excellent. Mr. Ramirez walked straight up to me when I arrived and started showing me the cars I was interested in. It was fast, efficent and he was very helpful and friendly. The price was also more than fair, in my opinion.

My husband and I were shopping for a new loaded Tahoe; found a couple of vehicles that seemed to be exactly what we wanted on the Coggin website. Jerome and I corresponded via email and the next day my husband and I drove to Coggin to look and drive the choices. Jerome was very responsive,knowledgeable and professional. He brought the "Big Guns" in when it came time to talk price. Frank Kuitkowski seemed to realy care that we got into the right vehicle for us at the right price. This was my second Coggin Chevrolet purchase and I can only assume it will not be my last.

Overall was a good experience. This was an out of town telephone negotiation and they lived up to their agreed upon delivery. I drove to Jax on Friday night picked up the Tahoe and left with a smile on my face. As a biz owner I can be more demanding and expect more than most customer,I recommend this dealer

Our experience during the purchase of our new vehicle has been a very good one. The Sales Associates Ion Baker, Sean Cowley, and Service Associate Randy Cygan, were all extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and addressing our requests. They were all also very accomodating, and patient in educating us on the use of all of the new features on our vehicle. We would highly recommend this dealership to our family and friends.

After spending 5 hours in this dealership, once I said I would buy the vehicle it took 3 hours to process paper work. WHAT where they doing for 3 hours!!! The ball got dropped, once the paper work was signed, they could even give me a FULL tank of gas....GEE thanks.

My Review of Coggin Chevrolet at the Avenues:
We look online for a vehicle in the price range that we wanted. We found one and I sent an inquiry about it. Sean was very prompt with a reply and answered the questions I had, and followed up with setting up a time to come and test drive the car. We have bought a car from Coggin before and were very satisfied with the experience. Sean was very patience and answered all our questions and showed us other cars that fit our criteria, but in the end we purchased the first car that we looked at.

Danny Sullivan did an excellent job of handling the sale of my new Silvarado that I purchased, as a result of contact over the internet.
I also had leather seats installed on my Silvarado and they are super.
I will recommend my friends to shop with Danny in the internet dept.
