Called to look at a vehicle and told the dealership we would be there on Saturday to look at the vehicle. Got there Saturday and miraculously the vehicle we told them we were interested in was sold the p would be there on Saturday to look at the vehicle. Got there Saturday and miraculously the vehicle we told them we were interested in was sold the previous night....how convenient. We then bought another vehicle from them, this was December 2023 we bought the vehicle. It is now July 2024 and the vehicle has been in the shop 6 times and fixing to be a 7th time. The extended warranty they sold is absolute garbage. Predator dealership at its finest. Will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Cole Chevrolet. More

Very poor experience. All the other sales people were acting as children throwing paper xxxxx around. I viewed a vehicle that was 34k but given paper work that stated 38k All the other sales people were acting as children throwing paper xxxxx around. I viewed a vehicle that was 34k but given paper work that stated 38k and my trade in value of 18k and a rough estimate of 874 a month. Was given a vague answer of why it was different and asked for a breakdown instead they revised the paper work to say 34k for the new vehicle but now my trade in was at 14k. Not sure if it was the financial manager or the manger of the dealership who then come talked to me wearing a medium shirt to make his muscles look as big as his ego when he should be in at least a large and stated they just couldn’t make it work. No negotiation were offered was basically just told they didn’t want my business. Especially going in know my payments would be in the 800 range for the type of vehicle I was looking for. No not recommend. Very unprofessional and felt treated very poorly. More
