And so are the other people in the garage…there's a Bill and an Irish guy in Parts! Everyone just comes together to make you feel great about the service. The whole experience COULD be a nightmare (and it was in other places I've been to) but the people at Westboro make everything just perfect. More

I saw the car I wanted online and contact the internet department to make sure it was still there. I loved the price so I bought it on the spot. Mike was patient as I was waiting for my insurance money; deer and rabbits coexist in the wild but not so much in our world. When I arrived it was ready to go; thank you again to the team that preps the car because even two weeks later it is still shining bright. This dealership is worth your time. More

Notably Focused on the Customer. Courteous and Efficient I originally purchased my new 2012 Jetta TDI (standard shift) from this dealership. I recently had this vehicle serviced, at the same dealership wher I originally purchased my new 2012 Jetta TDI (standard shift) from this dealership. I recently had this vehicle serviced, at the same dealership where I purchased it, for its 40k check-up. From the time I purchased it until now, this vehicle has only needed standard maintenance (10k check-ups / tires). All Colonial staff members have been extremely friendly, and focused on customer service; especially Billy McGrath -- about whom I cannot say enough good things. Billy is sharp-witted, concise, customer focused and efficient. P.S. Along with McGrath's focus on customer satisfaction, I am also impressed by the technology utilized by Colonial: specifically, the audio/video message the staff will send me, via a txt message, as the car is up on the lift while being examined -- showing me the condition of the undercarriage, parts, tires, etc. Very impressive. Knowledgeable Staff and Great Service I've been having my VW's services at Colonial for over 8 years and I am always impressed with the service department's prompt and through service; but I've been having my VW's services at Colonial for over 8 years and I am always impressed with the service department's prompt and through service; but what keeps me coming back is Bill McGrath and the customer service I receive at Colonial. Recently, I encountered a bit of trouble with my 2011 GTI. I dropped Billy an email explaining the situation. Bill was able to fit me in to a very busy Saturday, got the problem diagnosed and my car was ready that afternoon. A big thank you to Bill and the rest of the wrenches at Colonial - excellent service and you bet I'll be bring my cars to Colonial for years to come! More

Bad customer service. Concealing details. This is my only bad buying experience so far in the history of buying used cars. I bought a 2013 Beetle-sport edition. I live in Indiana and bought th This is my only bad buying experience so far in the history of buying used cars. I bought a 2013 Beetle-sport edition. I live in Indiana and bought this car in person on May 30th. The day I bought it, my car didn't show any damage on it. When I received the delivery of my car on June 10th, it had some cosmetic damage on it. The delivery guy handed over a flip sheet to me which was signed by the dealership before the car was shipped that clearly mentioned that the damage existed when it was being shipped. When I called and spoke to the sales rep, he mentioned to me that the delivery guys are very cautious and no damage could have occurred in transit thus helping me prove my point that the damage occurred between the date of purchase and the day it was shipped. I have images to prove that the damage did not exist when I bought it which I have also shared with the dealership. It has been close to two months of emailing/following up and no one wants to own up this responsibility of the damage that occurred at the dealership after I bought it. I was asked to email the General Manager who mentioned to me that used cars always have some issues with them and I think I as a consumer had a right to know all the defects before I bought it if any existed. The issue in question here is that the damage did not exist when I bought the car and the dealership wants me to be satisfied with a response that used cars always have issues. I was happy with how they handled my out of state registration process and I give them credit for that but I cannot ignore the damage. I have a right to receive the goods in the same condition as I bought it in or be compensated for the loss which was not pre-existing. I for sure am a dissatisfied customer and cannot trust the credibility of this dealership. Also, there was a difference in the information provided for this car on cars.com versus what we were told at the dealership. More

After visits to Mazda, Toyota and Ford, nothing beat the quality and price combination I found at VW. Drew and his manager Joe were very professional, and supportive thru the entire process. No strong arm tactics for extras after the deal you may find at other dealers. This level of service was consistent with what I found in their service department as well over the last 11 years. More

My decision to choose Colonial was based on the outstanding maintenance service I received on my current VW which I have owned for the past 8 years (and yet I did not purchase from Colonial). Within a week of first meeting Connor Bayliss last weekend, he followed through with getting my "needle in a haystack" not only secured, but on the lot and ready for a test drive. He found my ideal vehicle with far less miles than I required and well under my budget. The dealership was slammed when I arrived this afternoon (on a Sunday), but Connor impressively and successfully managed many customers' inquiries all while ensuring that I did not feel neglected or unimportant. I was also impressed with my observations of the other 2 sales consultants on the floor - both were incredibly responsive and attentive to their customers. Connor was extremely up-front in pointing out some minor cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed prior to delivery (they just acquired my "ideal" vehicle within the past 48 hours and had not yet been through service detail and I likely would not have noticed them) and made me confident that I was picking up a 2013 model that will be in 2016 condition. Regarding the financials, I was not only impressed with Connor's ability to come in under budget, but also quickly give me the options for down payments for a 3 year, 4year or 5 year term while maintaining my ideal monthly payment through VW Credit. When I completed the Purchase & Sales Agreement and met with the Business Office Manager (Kathryn Gear) to firm up the financing details, she was incredibly friendly and knowledgable of the additional protection plans and never questioned me once on the programs that I declined. She took a solid interest in my satisfaction with their overall service and, more importantly, quickly secured me a fantastic APR rate. Thanks, Connor and Kathryn. It was a pleasure to work with you today! Although I certainly don't plan on purchasing another new vehicle in quite some time, you can count on my future referrals to friends and family down the road.
