Chris Tattrie helped me lease my new 2013 Jetta SEL. He was very helpful, friendly, and negotiated to get me the best deal possible. Highly recommend him!!! Also had my car inspected here--the service department is equally as friendly and helpful. Overall, this dealership is great--I drive very far out of the way to get here. It's worth it!!

I came in to colonial with no hope of getting a car and bad credit colonial changed everything for me. I visited this place twice in a week, One day is for buying car and another day for Pickup Car.

First day was very smooth , 2nd 'Day Sales Team gave me hard time when i went to pick my new car .But at that time Owner was there he was very very kind to me.

I observed one thing in sales Team they will talk smoothly until Deal get done,Once the deal is over they don't Care.

I am recommend this dealership because of the Owner ...

I am a die-hard GTI fan. I purchased my 2nd GTI (a bright shiny red 2013 one) a couple weeks ago at Colonial. Tim Barnes was my sales associate, and I can’t say enough good stuff about him. I’m not a fan of the car buying experience, but Tim was great. He dealt with my neuroticisms very professionally. He’s very easy to talk to and is just a very nice guy (ask him about his dog!). I got a great deal on my car and my trade in, and Tim even went to Connecticut to pick up the exact car I wanted since there weren’t any in this state. As a veteran GTI driver I didn’t have many questions, but Tim surprised me by telling me some things about my car that I didn’t even know! I also surprised him by showing up to pick up the car a day early and he got it all cleaned up for me so I could take it home that night. Everyone I’ve dealt with on the staff so far has been great (thanks for all the help Keith!). I love love love my car and am so happy with the entire experience.

My vehicle needed some service and the customer service offered by the service department was fantastic. The communication was top notch and the approach was extremely friendly.
