My Review of Colonial Volkswagen of Westborough:
I had a great first time experience with Colonial Volkswagen. I was a repeat customer with Patrick Motors and have leased 3 Volkswagen from 1999-2008 with them. I had stopped in to look at the new Tiguan at Colonial after looking at one at Patrick. Although there were no incentives on the 2009 Tiguan that met my budget, Jamie jumped in and provided valuable information on the Jetta Wolfsburg, which definitely met my budget. I was not looking to lease again and wanted to purchase but at reasonable price. He got me into the Jetta at the right price and I absolutely love the car. He was available for any questions that I had, as I was not familiar with the purchasing process and came through on time when I wanted to pick up the car. The finance manager was also terrific and very efficient in getting the process done quickly. I will be bringing my car in for my first service on 11/29 and am looking forward to more of the same great service. Overall my experience there was wonderful and I look forward to bringing them additional business in the future.

Doing business with Colonial Volkswagen of Westborough was a pleasend experience, especially if you have to deal with Jamie Rodriguez.

They made it happen that they found us our car in black even it wasn't available in Massachusetts.

The price they offered us was good and fair, but as always the price could never be to low.

I would definetely go back to Jamie and his crew to get another vehicle at this dealership.

I have been going for service of my 2004 GLI for years now. Bill and the service staff has always been great, honest and very helpful.
I also just purchases a Tiguan from Rich Bobrick. He was great, very helpful, worked out an amazing deal and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I'll be a long time customer!

My Review of Colonial Volkswagen of Westborough:
The sales guy was on the phone talking to his wife the whole time- He would not give us the price of the car after we took a test drive. Then he told us a certain car was available for a test drive then said later "it was not for sale as it sold already" There weren't any prices on cars so you had to talk to sales people who did not seem to care if tehy sold a car or not. Very bizarre experience.

My Review of Colonial Volkswagen of Westborough:
I bought my Passat from Patrick Motors and have not had any issues with them but when it came to getting someone to atleast look at it when I was having problems they couldnt get me in until the following week. I called Colonial to see if someone could see my car they told me to come in that same day and someone would atleast take a test drive to try and get to the problem. I talked to Bill McGrath on the phone and he was fabulous. When I got there Bill set me up for a test drive with Kevin he knew exactly what it was. They checked to see if they had the part and squeezed me in that day! They went above and beyond what Patrick has done for me!!! Would absolutely call them first to get a service appt.
