With a little haggling we made a deal which I thought was fair to both . In the end I ended up spending 30,000 dollars. Now they are on line with registry which most dealers are they do all the running around between the registry and insurance company for which they charge 400.00 and I think it's worth it. But then they cheap out charge you for the sticker and only a half tank of gas. Again no fault of the salesman. If you buy from them negotiate this before signing. This is what separates them from a great dealerships. More

He was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely easy to deal with in comparison to other dealerships I have purchased cars from in the past.... here there's no pressure, no hurry etc. Once finding a vehicle that I wanted, the experience of trading one in and getting this new one was easy and pretty effortless. Our Routan was delivered on time as planned, and nicely presented. I would certainly recommend shopping here, the entire staff is great, as well as the facility. Conner was excellent and made the buying experience very stress-free. I would be happy to purchase another vehicle from him hopefully within the next year! Also, in rating the price, I felt it was good - they don't "discount" more or negotiate further however the research I did online did yield results that showed their starting point prices were reduced pretty good from the KBB average dealer list prices from the same vehicles mileage, condition and model features offered elsewhere. Not being in the "biz" I can never know really how all the $ works, so can't rate pricing better than "good" but I'm tough, and other dealers I've bought other brands of cars from can't even come close to these folks, were the "haggling" drags on and on. Way to go Colonial VW! More

Best car purchasing experience I've had I recently purchased a 2015 Golf GTI from Colonial Volkswagen. My sales consultant was Andrew Pappas. I came in earlier in the week to see about doing I recently purchased a 2015 Golf GTI from Colonial Volkswagen. My sales consultant was Andrew Pappas. I came in earlier in the week to see about doing a test drive. I didn't have to flag down anyone or wait. I was immediately greeted when I came in. Andrew pointed out some interesting roads so I could see how the GTI handled. He was very courteous even though I told him I wouldn't be making a decision on the day I came in. Later in the week, when I decided to buy the car, the whole process was very straightforward, with no pressure, and I was happy with the final sale price we worked out. The financing process was also very smooth. I had called my bank earlier to get pre-approved for an auto loan, but Colonial was able to offer me an even better interest rate. While working out the financing details, Catherine, who is from my home state, also took the time to suggest some places for me to go, since I am new in the area. When it came time for delivery, Andrew went out of his way to meet me after dropping off a rental car, arriving 15 minutes early, before I had even made it to the rental office. The GTI was delivered in great condition, and topped off with gas. Andrew also took the time to show me the service and parts department, and point out some of the people working there. Finally, I was very happy to find out that the first maintenance on my new car would be free of charge, and that they offered a free checkup on the car after my first 30 days of having it. From start to finish, I was very happy with the whole process and the outcome. The people I worked with were professional, friendly, and committed to delivering excellent service.
