I found the car on Cars.com, sent an inquiry electronically to see if the car was still available, and Tomas called us within 20 minutes to make the connection. Because we were more than 90 minu electronically to see if the car was still available, and Tomas called us within 20 minutes to make the connection. Because we were more than 90 minutes drive from the dealership and could not get there for a couple of days, Tomas offered to hold the car with a small deposit. He put our minds at ease that the car was as beautiful and in as excellent condition as it appeared on the website by going out and taking a first-hand survey. He came in on his day off to meet us, take us for a test drive, and walk us through the process. Tomas demonstrated integrity, complete knowledge of the vehicle and its features and benefits, and made the process very enjoyable. This was of particular surprise considering that this was a used Subaru at a VW dealership. More

A friend of mine has referred me to Mr. Pierre Saliba. Since he was busy with another customer, he asked Another salesman to helpme. Mr. Andrew Pappas was friendly,knowledgable and easy to work with. After I tested the car that I was interested in buying, Andrew asked me " what can we do to earn your business today?". This simple and honest question put me at ease. great experience I love my new Beetle. I went to Colonial and met Tim Barnes and he helped me get out of my car that I didn't like and into the Beetle even though I on I love my new Beetle. Volkswagen Beetle Walked in at 8:00 am for an oil change on my Jetta and drove off at 11:00 in a new, used beetle. Mike Lodowsky caught me looking at the beetle in the showroom, as he was walking in the door to start the day. He said, jokingly, "is this your new car"? It has never been such an easy, pleasant experience buying a car before. Mike never gave me any pressure and he made things work. Love the Beetle and hope it works out as good as the Jetta did.
