I recently purchased a 2010 audi a4 from colonial west chevrolet. The salesman I spoke with on the phone, mark grant, was very helpful and professional, but also funny and personable. I came back to have minor work done on the car so it would pass NH state inspection. I dealt with Edison dacoste in service who was also very professional. Because of my work location I was not able to make it to the dealer til around closing tim I was very impressed with Colonial Chevrolet in Fitchburg. Because of my work location I was not able to make it to the dealer til around closing time two different times that I stopped there to check out a new truck. On both saturday and sunday I arrived five minutes prior to closing time and was told to take my time that they would stay as long as needed. These guys were great and I commend them for their patience. In the long run it paid off for them because I did end up buying a new truck. Thanks guys for the great service. More

We just bought a 2012 Equinox from Marc. It's our third car we've bought from him starting in 2007. This sale went smoothly, he took the time to let us test drive 2 different cars and made sure we got a go car we've bought from him starting in 2007. He's always friendly and eager to help us find the right vehicle whenever we call or email him. This vehicle happened to be on the lot, but he did a lot of searching and went through hoops to get our other two cars. We had financing before going so we didn't need to deal with anyone else this time. We'll definitely go to Marc again the next time we need to buy a car. Paul was very knowlegeable and easy to talk to and he was not a pushy salesman at all! I am extremely pleased with my new Equinox. I have never had a car with satelite radio and Onstar.
