We had to bring our car in three times to finally get the right diagnosis. Our car was sent home to us twice with the repair never being done. No one ever checked to make sure the repair was done correctly a right diagnosis. Our car was sent home to us twice with the repair never being done. The third time after a diagnosis was actually done we were told that it would now cost three times the amount it originally should’ve cost. The amount of time that you had our car was exorbitant. And we should’ve been refunded more than what we were refunded for all of our time and energy and not even getting done what we needed to get done. More

When the vehicle died a natural death, the engine was still going strong. The people at the dealership, now my service center, are helpful, honest and respectful. The facilities--I have to wait for my servicing--are clean with all the amenities that an almost 80 year-old man requires where a clean bathroom leads the list. More
