Zero stars. Easily the worst customer service experience that I have ever have had. It took three months to diagnose, make an attempted repair (that didn't work) Easily the worst customer service experience that I have ever have had. It took three months to diagnose, make an attempted repair (that didn't work) and then repair my daily driver 2019 F-150. The customer service stopped taking and/or returning my calls several times while they had me truck. The estimated prices for the repair changed, ultimately costing $2000 more than originally quoted. When they finally got the vehicle repaired, it was sitting in their lot for 2 months. They returned me a filthy vehicle which must have been outside for 2 months covered in bird droppings. They could not process a DEBIT CARD payment, which they harassed me about, accusing me of having insufficient funds for, which I didn't. Nobody on this staff seems to be in the least bit professional. I would never recommend this establishment. Thanks for the 3 month nightmare. I went here because it was a "Ford Dealership", what a frustrating experience, and no loaner vehicles, awesome. More

I know they are looking forward to working a deal with you. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business. Received no reply,on 1/3/21 I got on there website and messaged I will buy this truck got reply from Kahlee saying now my salesperson This was sunday told Kahlee I would be there tuesday with cash for asked for price was told,sounds good.asked for extras over quoted price was told 350$ for paperwork said fine see you tuesday. 1/4 Monday asked about availability of trip permits,Columbia ford had none,Kelso was closest place to get one.After research I found a place to by trip permits 7 blocks from dealership. Fine said I would be there tomorrow between 10 and noon, will call with eta when on road,got reply sounds good. 1/5 9:01 AM sent on way eta noon. Got Reply from Kahlee,Awesome drive safe 1/5 11:10 AM received from kahlee,hello just wanted to update you someone just came in and paid cash for the truck.I replied are you serious,kahlee responds unfortunately yes. Called to talk to management around 5:30 no management available was talking to salesperson (male) explained serious grievences was told management would be calling next day never got a response. I dealt with it since it was the car and wanted and just made sure not to steer anyone in their direction and brushed it off. I decided to now leave a review because with winter upon us I went to change my wipers and in doing so found that the wipers that were on when they sold it were not the right size or pin connector. I managed to remove them only destroying the wiper and not the wiper arm. Due to the poor customer service and the lack of doing a vehicle check before selling a car I would not recommend this dealership on sheer ethics. More

My understanding was that this would be a one-day service, but they kept my vehicle overnight without notifying me. Caused a great deal of inconvenience because I had 2 appointments the second day a service, but they kept my vehicle overnight without notifying me. The service work is always excellent and staff have always been friendly and efficient. Until this event I have always been very happy and have recommended them to friends. More
Over the last year service continues to decline getting worse and worse! I don't know if I'll be coming back! I bring my ford in for a specific thing and get it back with something else wrong. I get charged for services that I've already had done because they don't checkmy service record, and labor charges are outrageous for easy fixes. Like the last one $1,600 in labor for a $40 part..... I'll do it myself. More

New car service Purchased a new 2020 Fusion Hybrid from a dealer in Beaverton OR. After 12 days and at 575 miles experienced a total electric failure. Attempts to hav Purchased a new 2020 Fusion Hybrid from a dealer in Beaverton OR. After 12 days and at 575 miles experienced a total electric failure. Attempts to have car transported to dealer of purchase were unsuccessful due to that dealers and "Ford Corp's lack of new car buyer customer assistance", we moved the car to Columbia Ford in Longview, WA. Columbia have sold autos and trucks to my wife and I for more than 35 years. The crew at Columbia were thoughtful to our needs as to having a BRAND NEW car fail with so little time and miles on it. Troy the service manager, Billy at the front desk, and Dan in the shop could not have been more helpful. Troy for expediting our service request. Billy for her understanding and and explanations about service scheduling. And most of all Dan in service. Dan took extra time with me to discuss all of the issues with the car and set a path forward should any problems arise in the future. While we did not buy this car at Columbia Ford, they will be our preferred service provider going forward. Thanks Paul Courtney & Lori Parsons. More
2020 Ford Explorer xlt. During the last week my wife & I had settled on either a Ford Explorer or a Nissan Murano. The final decision was made by my wife as it’s primarily her vehicle. Even though she selected the Nissan, I wanted to express my appreciation to Jena the sales rep and the other staff we dealt with at Columbia ford. I wouldn’t hesitate a moment going back to shop. I was truly impressed with the new Ford Explorer and happy if my wife had picked it. More
