I left the dealership with a car I never even thought about driving and I love it more than the car I walked in thinking I would buy. Everyone there was so friendly, Trent went out of his way to help me out. We were in and out of the financing department in under 15 minutes and they helped me get a way better interest rate than I was offered through my own bank! Friendly, Hassle-Free, Professional Experience Bill was great to work with and Sybil was great about getting us information. Pleasant and professional experience When my wife and I arrived at the showroom @ Honda of Columbia we were immediately greeted by Ryan Ewing. We then were greeted by Dave Johnson. After introductions Ryan escorted us to the showroom area to view the CRV that we were going to purchase. He was very knowledgeable thorough with his presentation of the vehicle. Excellent customer service by TJ Mitchell My CR-V wouldn't start and had to be jumped. I called the service department and spoke to TJ. He said to bring my vehicle in. Do not recommend I initially thought I received a good deal here. Unfortunately after spending all day here with a toddler I was completely exhausted and was ready to I initially thought I received a good deal here. I had negative equity from the car I traded in and they supposedly "took care" of some of it. Turns out they didn't take any at all! I feel taken advantage of and I take some of the blame, but at least now I know. I would not recommend anyone go here! They only care about sales not their reputation or loyal customers. More

I explained what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. They found me the 2016 Honda Odyssey my family wanted in a short amount of time and at the price I was willing to pay. Here is the coolest part, they delivered it to my house with all the paper work and we did it from the comfort of my own home. This process takes most of the stress out of it. The entire team there made me feel like a valued customer and not just another number. Their customer service has been of the highest quality and now days, that’s hard to find. 10 out of 10 stars!
