VERY PLEASANT SERVICE EXPERIENCE - JENNIFER MET US, TOOK OUR CAR IN, GAVE US A GOOD ESTIMATE AS TO THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT WOULD TAKE TO DO OUR OIL CHANGE, SAFETY INSPECTION, AND TIRE ROTATION - CAR WAS READY ON TIME AT A DECENT PRICE - WOULD HAVE ALSO RECEIVED A FREE CAR WASH IF IT HAD NOT BEEN RAINING - VERY BUSY DEALERSHIP ON A SATURDAY MID-MORNING - GOOD SIGN AND WELL DONE COMMUNITY HONDA!

I brought my 2005 Honda Civic in for 70,000 miles service Randy Priby took care of me he told me the service would take an hour to an hour and a half. Within the hour my auto was ready. Great service! I would not take my Honda to any other dealer.

My Review of Community Honda:
I brought my car to the dealership on Friday, April 20, 2012 at &:20 P.M. for a 7:45 P.M. appointment to have tires rotated, oil change and free car wash. I was told it would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. The work was completed at about 10:08 P.M. The wait time was excessive. Customers with no appointments were serviced before those with appointments. What's the point of making appointments? That's why I gave the rating above.

My Review of Community Honda:
Steve Surma was a great help to us when my CRV needed repair. He also noticed that I had not had my recall corrected so he made sure that was done also. He let us know what to expect and kept us informed every step of the way. Jeff was very pleasant also and explained what he was going to do and then came out to see us when I came to pick up my vehicle to let me know that everything was taken care of. I could go to Joliet and have my Honda serviced there, which is alot closer, but I have chosen to go to Tinley Park to Community Honda for my last three Hondas mainly because of the mechanics but also because I have had a lot of nice people helping me. You guys do an excellent job of keeping your customers happy. Thanks again, Steve and Jeff! Community Honda should be very proud of your work ethics!

I purchased my '05 CR-V from this dealer and had to go back for an engine repair and they were cheaper than another dealer closer to my house. The people there are always friendly and I had my car back the next day. Thank you Community Honda!

Steve Surma is the ONLY service person to deal with. He makes sure everything is properly repaired and will go the extra mile to get repairs covered under warranty...he really cares about the customer! As long as he is working at Community Honda, I will continue to buy and get service at Community Honda.
