Both Fran Colon and Steven Petito gave the most excellent service possible. They were both extremely professional and helpful. Fran demonstrated all of the functions and instruments of my new Camry precisely. Steven went out of his way to obtain the best financial interest rate available.

When I arrived at the dealership on Monday, April 22, 2013, I was greeted and treated with respect. I was given options on my trade in and on the purchase of my new SUV. The salesman gave me time to think about my decision and did not try to rush me through any signing or influencing me toward a decision. I think if I was pressured, I would have had to leave. To me, buying a new vehicle is a big decision.

At another dealership I was told that the salesman should have asked my husband for a deposit. I guess that salesman did not respect dealing with a woman and I walked out.

It was a family member who recommended Vinnie Di Gregorio to me originally. It has been my pleasure dealing with all the personnel at Competition Toyota and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

This is my first purchase of a new car, EVER! When I decided it was time, I was recommended to this dealership by my sister, who urged me to contact Fran Colon. After meeting with Fran, she walked me around the showroom where I immediately saw the car of my dreams. Shopped around to quite a few dealerships looking for a new SUV lease. Competition Toyota gave me the best deal. The new Rav4 has everything I was looking for and more. It's a great car! I was very happy with the service, Fran Colon and Joe Riccio worked with me and were both knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better lease experience. I will definitely go back to them for my next lease experience.

There seemed to me to a lack of communication regarding the status of the car. I was originally told that it would be in within 2-3 days.
That became the following week, then the following week and when it did come in, I had to call to see if it was in. Once in however, it was prepped and delivered very quickly. It was delivered in immaculate condition and any questions I had were quickly answered...even if I
didnt like the answer. I thought that the finance rate could have been lower, given my excellent credit but, overall, I would rate my
purchasing experience as satisfying and would go back to that dealer again. The salesman, Anthony Fasano, was relatively new to
Toyota and was therefore a bit unfamiliar with some facets, but what he lacked in knowledge he more than made up for with enthusiasm
and was quick to find the answers to my questions.

I had the best experience with this dealership. From the second I walked in the door they made me feel like family. The car I called about was ready for me to see and drive. They gave me the price I wanted and made the whole process of buying a car fun and easy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota! My experience at Competition Toyota was superb. From the moment my husband and I stepped in the building, we were greeted by a friendly staff. When Mrs. Colon greeted us and said she was going to help us find exactly what we needed, she was correct! She was such a pleasant person to deal with. It felt like we have known each other for years. She was very courteous and patient! Her whole approach was pleasing. I felt no pressure at all to buy. She took her time to view various vehicles and prices with us, she allowed us to "play the field" sort of say. We loved the ambiance as well, everyone was well mannered and their services were amazing. The building itself was very nice and clean. I will definitely recommend Competition Toyota to all my family, friends and neighbors for their next vehicle purchases. My first impression with customer service to set up appointments was curtious and not to pushy. When I met Javier, he was very professional & curtious, not a in your face, sales picth, i'll sell you anything as long as he makes a sale kind of guy. He listened to what i was looking for, and went out of his way to work with me and my wife and made it happen. Steve was also personable and professional as well. He also made it very easy for the transfer of documents/cars and had everything ready when I arrived to pick up my new car. Between Javier & Steve I was in and out within 20 minutes and i did not feel rushed. They answered and expalined any questions I had with out me ever feeling as if I were being taken advantage of. I would recomend Competition Toyota.

Walter Migliore did outstanding job finding what I wanted and kept in my budget and was not pushy for a sale did a nice job.
