1st engagement 2010 Prius 82k miles brought the car in with hybrid system failed bad main battery and low antifreeze pressurized fill tank. Toyota replaced the main battery which should have never failed with hybrid system failed bad main battery and low antifreeze pressurized fill tank. Toyota replaced the main battery which should have never failed but never mentioned the blown head gasket issue at the time. They should have replaced the motor under warranty. 2nd engagement 108k one year later Hybrid system failure issue car broke down on freeway twice. Wanted to charge me 1100.00 for the water pump which again was not the issue. Main issue which they failed to disclose was blown head gasket which should have been disclosed on the 1st engagement. Do not do business with these guys they are not an ethical dealership. I will never deal with these again. More

The sticker in the windshield said to bring it in for an oil change at xxx miles. Also when I turned the car on it would say “ maintenance required”. So I made an apt for an OIL CHANGE. My apt was at 8:40 this morning. I arrive at concord toyota at 8:30 pull into the service area. There were about four cars in front of me. As I'm waiting more and more cars start to line up behind me. I notice that everyone but me has been helped. Finally around 9 20{after i asked why i haven't been helped} someone came out to help me. Jonathan the Advisor said “ so your schedule for an oil change” I told him “yes the sticker says at x amount of miles to bring it in so i made the appt online for the oil change”. He then told me I didn't need an oil change and that the oil is good for a year blah blah blah. 2 hours later Jonathan calls and says my car is ready to be picked up. I get there, go to the cashier and pay $79.and some change, I get the paperwork and read it. And see that they did not do the oil change or replace the filter. They rotated my tires and checked my fluids and supposedly checked my brakes. I also noticed that they changed the sticker in the windshield but never did the oil change. When i got home i was telling my husband what happened and how they didnt change the oil like i asked long story short he called over to concord toyota and told the person who answered the phone what was going on and how he would like to speak to the manger, the women on the phone was pretty rude and told my husband the Jonathan would give him a call back he was busy at the time my husband also asked to talk to the manger which the women said she would also have the manger call my husband as well( which the manger NEVER called). 20 minutes later Jonathan called my husband. So my husband asked why the oil didn't change and why I got charged 79.00 for xxxxxxxx. Jonathan in turn told my husband that I had signed off saying that I was getting the tires rotated ect. My husband told Jonathan that he basically took advantage of me.and told me some xxxxxxxx. Jonathan then told my husband that basically in so many words that maybe He should bring the car in next time since his wife can't handle it and doesn't know what the xxxx she’s doing.. They exchanged more words. Jonathan was beyond rude. Jonathan's last words to my husband were come down here I’ll beat your xxx! Ya so i will definitely be taking my car somewhere else. Today was my first and last time I will take my car there. More

I ask them to put on my maintenance record/ reminder which one was done .. but I guess they forgot to do it thou , I was told " they added it " but it's not there I ended up putting it myself . This is one of the worst dealership in the SF Bay Area, they give the Toyota brand and customer service a very bad impression and if your African American (Black) and look young with a nice car that you bo they give the Toyota brand and customer service a very bad impression and if your African American (Black) and look young with a nice car that you bought at the dealership they will treat you like your a piece of crap and I am proof to that.. I bought my car in a BRAND NEW 2021 COROLLA APEX I bought it at this dealership also.. Within a couple days I heard a rattling nice sounds like the sunroof or back window rattling on rough road, I bought it back and they said they heard the rattling noise but can't fix it will need more time to investigate where it is coming from. Now my 5k service came up and I bought it in for an appointment I scheduled online, I told the service advisor the issue with the rattling and his first response was very sarcastic "let me research that", I pulled the service record that shows my complaint he came back and said that he is going to need the car for the whole day to investigate and fix the problem. Now this is 11am and I am getting a 5k service, so after waiting 5hrs and not hearing anything back I text the advisor via the text i got when I dropped it off. Now this 4pm soon as I text him and he responded I get an alert that via the Toyota app that doors and windows are now open meaning that my car sat there for 5hrs and you never worked on it now you gonna rush it thru because I inquired. He comes back and tell me that they found the rattling its a grab bar above passenger door handle was like o.k was then told we need a extra hour to finish servicing the car, wait it takes 6hrs to perform a 5k service and it doesn't even require a oi change. When I went to pick it up and I asked why it took so long i was told we were so busy today, but online you guys were accepting appointments all day long every hour.. Fast forward now they ordered the part got a call to bring the car in, went in they came back oh we got the wrong part so can you come back tomorrow.. Just come anytime and I'll get you in and out... Now I came back the next day and was really able to see how they treat certain people, if your young BLACK ( I'm 40y.o) they don't care about providing service to you or how they treat you.. Reason why I say this is because, I go back the next day and after sitting there for two hrs I was going thru my email and seen that I got an email from Toyota so I filled it explain that they don't take customer service in the service dept serious and left my honest score, when I approach the advisor and asked how long is it gonna take to just replace a grab bar, he got mad and was like your car ain't ready and I got your negative review and was like we really busy look at all these car in the back, OK and how many times have I been here for you to fix this issue????? I said look you guys take me as a joke, cause I'm young and BLACK you feel you can treat me anyway and thats not right. Now I get my car back and still hear the rattling noise called them back and they told me DON'T COME BACK. GO ELSEWHER!!!!! GUESS WHEN YOU LEAVE A NEGATIVE REMARK AND BEING BLACK THEY CAN JUST TREAT YOU ANYWAY...
