Visiting Concordville Nissan was a pleasant surprise. I found the professionalism of the staff to be exceptional. While looking to trade up to a new Pathfinder, The greeting my wife and I received wa I found the professionalism of the staff to be exceptional. While looking to trade up to a new Pathfinder, The greeting my wife and I received was not only friendly but also genuine. Other dealership personnel try to size you up as a valued customer or not before you walk in the door, but not here. Our salesperson Brett Christie, greeted us warmly and offered to answer any questions that we had and he did so. He let us examine a Nissan Pathfinder of our interest without hovering around us like a vulture. We knew the details of the vehicle we were interested in and Brett filled in the gaps in my understanding with more specific details. That's what made the difference to me and whether or not to make a purchase. As a result, a short while later he how long with other staff personnel, completed the sale and we drove away and our brand new 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Remium. This experience was not only amazing, my wife and I were completely satisfied with the total purchasing experience. Our thanks and appreciation goes out to all staff personnel. Salespeople are warm and inviting, for sure, but they ultimately sold me a car without communicating its open safety recall (# Z50). I bought the car on July 29, 2022, and the open recall was known on Ju ultimately sold me a car without communicating its open safety recall (# Z50). I bought the car on July 29, 2022, and the open recall was known on July 28, 2022. I now have no choice but to drive around with an unsafe vehicle because A) I can't afford to hire an attorney; and B) the manufacturer and this dealership is ignoring my justifiable and documented complaints. Just last week, I asked Concordville Nissan managers Chuck Desantis and David Solomon to refund the vehicle because they did not properly disclose the open recall. I asked in good faith, and with the understanding that they, too, would get $$ from the manufacturer because the car is literally not allowed to be sold due to the safety recall. I was surprised that they showed zero interest in helping me and taking responsibility for their simple but fixable screw-up. Character, ethics, and honesty matter. And they matter most when problems like mine demand immediate action, when they put customers and all fellow drivers' lives at risk. By putting sales over customer safety, Concordville Nissan shows who and what they truly are. More
