Lauren is the best! ! My experiences with dealerships in the past has not been good, but I had a security issue with my GTR that needed a dealer with a GTr certified tec ! Lauren got me in right away with a GTR certified tech which not all dealerships have. She contacted me multiple times to ensure I was OK with the work they where going to preform BEFORE they did the work. She was there for me from the beginning middle and end, answering any questions and being very helpful. She contacted me a few days after for a follow up to make sure the issue didn’t come back and that the car was running good. I even set up another appointment to get new keys made. She was professional and over the top. I won’t take my GTR to any other service manager. She also didn’t try to sell me on work that I didn’t need, they let me know a few minor issues I had, but didn’t try and force me to get them fixed. 10/10 Best dealer experience, and BEST Service Manager/Advisor I have ever dealt with! More

Service center failed to properly diagnose my vehicle, failed to properly fix a warranty issue, and I was told by the service manage who told me he is a 25 year master technician, there was no noise or is failed to properly fix a warranty issue, and I was told by the service manage who told me he is a 25 year master technician, there was no noise or issue with vehicle. My vehicle was taken to another dealership who in less than 4 hours heard the noise and found my rear differential to have an internal failure (warranty) I was treated with disrespect and charged for services that were not necessary. The service center is terrible and is run by an incompetent “master technician”. The also refuse to refund me for diagnoses that were not the issue. They also refuse to call me back to discuss this matter. Multiple messages were left with the service manager ( JC) as well as the dealership owner (PL). Formal complaint was filed with Nissan-USA corporate office VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STAFF, MANAGEMENT, and OWNERSHIP. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIR. More
