There is always one thing about a place that makes you come back and it was this girl behind the desk. From the moment you walk in, until it's time to pick up the vehicle, Patty was as professional, courteous, efficient and just plain nice. She made this experience @ Conicelli Service a pleasure. Will continue servicing my honda with Patty for as long as she works there. Thank you again More

This is the only place I will take my Honda's for service. I have tried Honda Dealers that are closer to home, but nothing compares to the quality and friendliness of the service at Conicelli Honda. service. I have been dealing with Conicelli Honda for many years. This is my fourth Honda. I can't imagine going anywhere elese for service. They are always friendly, easy to get along with and always helpful. I This is my fourth Honda. I can't imagine going anywhere elese for service. They are always friendly, easy to get along with and always helpful. I used to go there because it was close to my job, and they have a shuttle service which I always used. But since I retired, I still come to Conicelli Honda. I now drive 20 miles for service and wait for the car, but so what. The service is worth it! More

I took my car in for the routine 90,000 mile maintenance, to inspect the timing belt, and change the brakes. When I picked up my car I noticed the brakes were screeching so I immediately went back to have it to inspect the timing belt, and change the brakes. When I picked up my car I noticed the brakes were screeching so I immediately went back to have it looked at. This is when they told me that the brakes weren't changed because they're still good for another 6 months. (I had to change the brakes 3 months later to pass inspection.) As they drive my car up again they say the mechanic noticed a funny sound but didn't let him look at it because he was being too much of a perfectionist. I drive off the lot and notice my car making funny sounds whenever I turned the wheel. I take it back a couple weeks later and they tell me I need a new power steering pump. I complained and after 2 days, finally got a hold of the manager - Frank (rude and arrogant). His explanation was that it was actually broken before I took it in and when they changed the timing belt they re-adjusted everything which is why I now hear the problem. (My experience is that usually a mechanic would notice if something is broken as they are working with the part.) I told him he made no sense since my car had never made that sound before and I've never had an issue with my power steering. He offered to cover 1/2 the cost to have it replaced ($216, when I already spent over $1k!!). I asked him how urgent it was and he said that I really needed to replace it soon. I got a 2nd opinion and the mechanic said the belt was too tight which stressed my power steering pump but that it is not a problem as long as I don't mind the annoying sounds. I'm still working on this issue with Honda customer relations. I should've listened to my friend and never gone to Conicelli Honda. More
I bought my Honda knowing that it needed work, which they said they would take of. The car needed body work(there was dent on the door) and brakes/roters(the car wobbled when I test drove it) When I droppe said they would take of. The car needed body work(there was dent on the door) and brakes/roters(the car wobbled when I test drove it) When I dropped the car off to get fixed, I got a rental car. They called me that Friday and said my car was not fixed yet, but I had to bring back the rental because I coudln't have it over the weekend. The rental department gave me the rental for 1 day, when everybody knew that car wouldn't be done in one day. This meant I would switch cars on Friday then go switch again on Monday. I didn't play this switching game and they threatened to charge me for the rental. When they said the car was finished I went to pick it up and it wasn't fixed. The dent was still on the door and it still wobbled. The extremely rude sales manager, Rick, said to me "I knew you wouldn't be satisfied." Of course I wasn't satisfied my car wasn't fixed! And they "couldn't find" the paperwork that said it had been worked on. I am still dealing with them to this day and it has been 5 months since I bought the car. Unfortunately the work has to be done at that dealership otherwise I would never step foot in there again. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many other dealerships. More
The dealer handled my problem very fast and were knowledgeable about my car's problems just with a description over the phone (I did find said info through the tubes on the Internets using The Googl knowledgeable about my car's problems just with a description over the phone (I did find said info through the tubes on the Internets using The Google). The shuttle service was good. The only problem that we had was when we first walked in, it took 5 min before anyone (and each station had a service man without a customer) would look at us. No one bothered to say "we'll be with you in a moment" or "someone will help you shortly." The dealership service area is a veritable obstical course. I am glad that I don't mind tight spaces. I hope that I don't change my mind about this dealership. It's very close to my home. More
