By far, my experience at Conicelli in purchasing what is for me a "new" vehicle was unsurpassed. Pasquale ("Pat") Buscemi was wonderful. I liked the fact that he said he put himself in my shoes in making his recommendation for the vehicle for us. He was considerate throughout and never became ruffled no matter how many questions we asked. He stood by our side every step of the way, even watching as we pulled out of the parking lot. This is my second Conicelli car purchase and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I had my first vehicle for ten years, and had every bit of service done at Conicelli. My car was totaled by a drunk driver two weeks ago while it was parked. Otherwise, I would not be in the position of purchasing a "new" car. Since I had to make this unexpected purchase, Pat made this experience a pleasure.

I was just browsing some new cars and used Toyota cars before Thanksgiving 2012. Georgios was very nice and professional and showed me the cars I wanted to see. I test drove a 2011 Camry, as I intended to replace my old Camry. However, my wife wanted a new car and wanted to try a Honda sedan. We ended up buying a 2013 accord a few days later after work. Georgios stayed late and made the whole buying experience very pleasant. I strongly recommend him.

We had another great experience with Paul Smith at Conicelli Toyota. This is the third car that someone in our family has leased. He is always willing to listen to our needs for our family and give us different options. He is not too pushy. Paul will give us his opinion and gives us time to make the ultimate decision. He is always friendly and polite. We will definitely be back.

Paul was very helpful explaining the return of my first leased Rav 4.He went over with me the changes in my new Rav 4 and even set up my hands free blue tooth which was very helpful.I enjoyed my experience and enjoyed working with Paul.I would recomend him and Conicelli to all my friends.I am very happy with my new Rav 4.

I have been with this dealership for over 7 years. They have been really great and awesome. My service contact at Conicelli is Mark Elmore and I just cannot thank him enough for the exceptional service he provides. Mark is not only very knowledgeable about cars but also is very friendly. He make you feel very comfortable and explains everything in detail.Mark and Conicelli is more like a family to me now since we have known each other over so many years.
The other day, I had a few questions about my new Car and was worried about it. So, I called Mark to ask him few questions. As always, he responded very quickly and cleared my questions. This is the level of service I expect everywhere to be given to loyal customers. They have raised the service bar again and again.
I am really happy that I chose Conicelli to be my service center. Now, I take my second new car to Conicelli too !
