My Review of Conicelli Toyota Scion of Conshohocken:
My 2004 Prius has 196,000 miles on the original battery. Why ? Because it is superbly maintained by Luis Rivera and his team at Conicelli Toyota's service department. For many years I have been the beneficiary of outstanding service at Conicelli. In particular, I somehow manage to get a lot of flat tires, and Luis always makes an accommodation for me, so that the tired is repaired in a half day or so, so I can back on the road. My job depends on my car, and my car depends on Conicelli's service department. Keep up the good work !

We have purchased 2 cars from Steve Baker in the last few months. One for my daughter and one for my son-in-law. Steve Baker was the greatest!! He was friendly, understanding, patient, kind and told us like it was. There were no surprises and he worked very very hard to get us the monthly payment we could afford as well as the cars we wanted. I was so impressed with Steve after the first car was purchased I wouldn't have settled for anyone else when we went to get the second car. If we are looking to buy any more vehicles I would not go to anyone else but Steve Baker!

I was very happy with my experience at Conicelli Auto Sales. I came from out of state and appreciated that they held the car for me. Also, they handled all of the paperwork for me. It was nice that they let me take the car out for a test drive by myself. Everyone that I had contact with was very welcoming.

Mark and his mechanics are extremely attentative. They understand my desire as an engineer to know and understand and could not be more accomodating.
Most important, they pinpointed the cause of my 96 Tacoma vibration and resolved it with precision and minimal cost.

Mark is by far the best service professional service individual in the industry. He is kind, courteous, and engaging, and truly makes you feel as though you are a part of the Conicelli fsmily. While having to drop your car offto get serviced is probably one of your least favorite things to deal with, Mark's attitude makes it much easier, and even a welcome event.

I feel that the work, support and servicing around my vehicle has been great. One of the main complaints would be around the cost for the service. I have found that going to a local garage versus the main company can be less expensive by a few hundred dollars.

We offer very competitive prices; it is a myth that getting service at the brand dealership is more expensive. In the long run we will always be less-expensive because we offer parts made exclusively for Toyota. We also offer many features that most garages don’t offer such as Master mechanics and parts specialist certified by Toyota and the ability to schedule, check status and print coupons online. I have been a customer of Mark's for 9 years and he is the reason why I keep coming back and why I am trying to convince my husband to purchase his truck from here this year. So Mark can be our Service Personnel. As quiet as it may be kept, making a sale is just part of the the profit, keeping customers (like me) returning is what gives any business leverage. Mark is one of the most professional and courteous, now (Assistant Service Managers) and well deserved representatives I have ever met. My husband got me a 2009 Rav 4 in April, 2011 from a used car dealer because my 2009 Matrix was totaled, I am now getting all my service done at Concicelli! Why? Because I know that if Mark tells me I need something.....I need it! I rely on his integrity and that is a lost art today! The experience has been great and I am going to convince my husband to get his Truck at Conicelli and service at your facility! My daughter, a family friend and my son; all come to Conicelli! Always, keep the service reputable and you will always maintain loyal customers!! And whatever you do, don't ever let Mark Elmore get away!! Thank you for letting my voice be heard!

I have been a customer of Connicelli Toyota having purchased at least 4 cars over the past 15 years. All of these vehicles were serviced at this dealership. Mark Elmore , Assistant Service Manager has been my contact person, and it is because of Mark that I will always bring my cars to Connicelli's for service. If you are looking for straight answers, excellent suggestions, prompt service, courtesy and general friendship, Connicelli's sales and service is the Dealership to visit. I have several Toyota dealerships in my zip code. In my opinion, none can compare to Connicelli's, in both sales and service. Mark Elmore is the reason I will keep coming back.

The Conicelli Service Department is phenomenal. Knowing nothing about cars, service, maintenance and questions always make me anxious. Where ALL of the members of the service department have been ever present and helpful, Mark Elmore has made special efforts with me for the last six years and I have to say I have never been happier or more satisfied with a dealership. I have called at closing, before the shop opens, during the day, during lunch - essentially at all crazy hours and have always received good advice and the help I have needed. I would highly recommend Conicelli for all Toyota related matters.
