I have been with this dealership for over 7 years. They have been really great and awesome. My service contact at Conicelli is Mark Elmore and I just cannot thank him enough for the exceptional service he provides. Mark is not only very knowledgeable about cars but also is very friendly. He make you feel very comfortable and explains everything in detail.Mark and Conicelli is more like a family to me now since we have known each other over so many years.
The other day, I had a few questions about my new Car and was worried about it. So, I called Mark to ask him few questions. As always, he responded very quickly and cleared my questions. This is the level of service I expect everywhere to be given to loyal customers. They have raised the service bar again and again.
I am really happy that I chose Conicelli to be my service center. Now, I take my second new car to Conicelli too !

Just like the advertisement says, Conicelli is absolutely a 'nice place to do business'. I had the pleasure of having Frank Lynch as my sales associate. From the initial test drive, to the final closing of the sale, Frank guided me through the process with ease.
Being in the market for a vehicle, I met several car sales people from various dealerships. None however, could hold a candle to Conicelli and Mr. Lynch. What stood out to me was the respectful, honest, hassle free treatment I received. The purchase of a car is a big commitment, and Frank really took the time to explain all of my options, and most importantly got me behind the wheel of a dream car.
Wait there's more! Even after the ink is dry on your purchase agreement, the impecable Conicelli service doesn't end! They offer shuttle service when your car receives maintenance, roadside assistance, and the bumper to bumper warranty I purchased can't be beat. Frank also said I could call anytime with questions.

Bob Calhoun has managed the service of my 2006 Sequoia for many years and has always tried to be as helpful as possible and never trying to "sell" me unnecessary service or parts. This is my third Toyota I have purchased at Conicelli and will shortly be purchasing a new one from Conicelli of course!

My name is Kathleen Nicholas and I am a long, long time customer of Conicelli in Conshohocken, PA. I have had Mark Elmore as my service representative and I cannot begin to tell you how I value his expertise. Every car I have had (3), has been serviced by Conicelli and representative, Mark. I can rest assured that when I bring my car in, I know without a shadow of a doubt, it will be taken care of. Often, I have heard from friends and family about other experiences at their places and I can honestly say, I do not have those issues. My son is also a customer (he owns a Honda Civic) and he goes to Conicelli too! I have several friends & some of my church members go their as well, so I know what I am talking about. This was the second car I've purchased from Paul Smith at Conicelli and I will certainly use him and this dealership for all future needs. Paul is friendly, fair and honest - which is fantastic to find in a car salesman.
