We have been using Conicelli Toyota for more than a decade (buying as well as servicing) and have been very appreciative of the excellent customer service as well as the servicing of our Toyota Avalons (we've had a 1996, a 2000, and currently have two 2006 Avalons). We often work with Bob Calhoun when we are checking in and checking out, and always know he will take good care of us and our cars. This Thanksgiving weekend was no exception, when our sons 2006 Avalon was having issues with his battery when he started to drive home from college. He replaced his battery, and after an hour of driving noticed the dashboard lights were dimming and by some grace was able to drive the remaining 20 minutes onto our street before the car lost the headlights as well. We were able to tow the car in on Wednesday afternoon, and Bob Calhoun, was able to squeeze our car in for a check up before the technician left for Thanksgiving, and was able to order the new alternator so the car could be serviced on Friday, so our son will be able to drive it back to college. Thank you Bob! And thank you to the technician who fixed it. We really appreciated this fix (we don't have many emergencies with our Toyota Avalons but it was nice to know we could rely on the Conicelli guys when we do!
