The service department at Conicelli were amazing. My car needed a new water pump and that is a big job. They said it would be a couple days but then I got a call the same day. It was done. Very pleased. They also called to make sure it was running ok. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

"Conicelli's Service starts at excellent and gets better "

It is normal to hear from a service facility what you need and why and what it will cost. SO Conicelli does. HOWEVER, Conicelli consistently lets me pull out of their very pleasant service environment with a feeling of great confidence that my Toyota is as good as possible. What I knew needed to be fixed HAS BEEN FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Conicelli also does point out anything that should get immediate attention. Furthermore Conicelli reminds me what's likely to be next so that my Toyota can be kept in tip top shape. I am a firm believer in servicing my Toyota at Conicelli. Thank you Mark Elmore. You and your support are excellent. You keep the nice in CoNICElli.

"Service Excellence "

I started bringing my vehicle to Conicelli Toyota for service when I moved to the area. Even though I could go to another dealer located a bit closer I choose Conicelli based on previous experience with the service department. I was initially taken aback by the amount of people that the service area holds and supports at a given time but they proved that they are efficient and respectful of your time. The service area is very large but the staff goes out of its way to make you feel as service is a bit more personal and offers things such as a local shuttle, Free wifi and a comfortable lounge area. While I admit at times it gets hectic and I have waited my fair share of time to get my vehicle serviced I always left feeling I got good service at a fair price.

"A Thanksgiving fix that went well"

We have been using Conicelli Toyota for more than a decade (buying as well as servicing) and have been very appreciative of the excellent customer service as well as the servicing of our Toyota Avalons (we've had a 1996, a 2000, and currently have two 2006 Avalons). We often work with Bob Calhoun when we are checking in and checking out, and always know he will take good care of us and our cars. This Thanksgiving weekend was no exception, when our sons 2006 Avalon was having issues with his battery when he started to drive home from college. He replaced his battery, and after an hour of driving noticed the dashboard lights were dimming and by some grace was able to drive the remaining 20 minutes onto our street before the car lost the headlights as well. We were able to tow the car in on Wednesday afternoon, and Bob Calhoun, was able to squeeze our car in for a check up before the technician left for Thanksgiving, and was able to order the new alternator so the car could be serviced on Friday, so our son will be able to drive it back to college. Thank you Bob! And thank you to the technician who fixed it. We really appreciated this fix (we don't have many emergencies with our Toyota Avalons but it was nice to know we could rely on the Conicelli guys when we do!

"Very happy with service department"

I have been treated very well on my several trips to Conshy Toyota for service I take 2 toyotas there for service and purchased both cars at Conicelli dealerships. . It always goes as well as i expect or better and this past time I feel like I replaced 4 tires on my RAV4 at a very good price, prompting me to write this review. I had the car inspected, oil changed, 4 new tires. and 2 recalls resolved in under 4 hours. I used their shuttle service to get dropped at the mall and they called as repairs were wrapping up and picked me back up without delay. They are unlike the Toyota dealer much closer to my home that pressures me to authorize additional repairs, plus has generally higher pricing. I think Conshy Toyota service is low-key and I appreciate how they treat the customer. The entire process is easy and the service people are respectful and communicate very well. I think they work very hard to maintain the excellent reputation that you see in nearly all of their reviews.
