I just read the review about this guy and he was jerk to my wife and I as well. He lowballed on my trade and I asked him if they can negotiate price. He looked at my like I was crazy. He wasnt willing to work with me and finally, Mike Connell, the sales manager, came after me, was going to drop the price and give me more on the trade, but I was done with this place. How can that guy work there after he treated my wife and I poorly and the nasty email he sent another customer? More
I emailed the internet manager (Mark Benson) about a vehicle I was interested in buying and last night he sent me this email: " I've enjoyed our banter, but I have to move on to real clients, i gave you vehicle I was interested in buying and last night he sent me this email: " I've enjoyed our banter, but I have to move on to real clients, i gave you honest numbers, i can't do any more than that, if you'd like to make a reasonable counter offer i will present it, but otherwise, thank you for your time, and have a great day." So rude and unprofessional, I would never recommend this dealership to any of my family or friends!!!! More
I just bought a used SUV from Connell Chevrolet today. I worked with Scott Roberts. I went in knowing what I wanted, had about 6 vehicles I had chosen from their website that I wanted to try. Their Internet worked with Scott Roberts. I went in knowing what I wanted, had about 6 vehicles I had chosen from their website that I wanted to try. Their Internet prices on their website are considerably lower that posted retail on the vehicle so it is worth doing a bit of homework. I also found their prices were lower than other dealers on similar cars with similar mileage. Even though it was pouring rain Scott patiently researched each car and allowed us to test drive each one. In the end we chose a high-end SUV. The vehicle had been well detailed. Financing was easy - we were approved and sign docs within 30 minutes. They extended us 3.9% financing for 60 months on our purchase. I asked for a detailed receipt of the price they paid for the vehicle at auction and paid $750 over their cost. I may have tried to negotiate for $500 over cost but they had another buyer. It was a very low-pressure straightforward transaction and I would recommend them. More
