He was extremely helpful and honest, and didn't have that stereotypical "car salesman" pushy demeanor that can make the thought of buying a car unpleasant. With the lengthy process of buying a car, and keeping some staff at the dealership late on a Friday night, it was nice to not feel rushed. Ian was extremely patient with staying at the dealership late on a Friday night, and not once made it seem like he was unhappy to be stuck there. The fact he was as excited about the car as I was, made the car buying experience that much better. So happy that I was able to purchase this car from such a great dealership. When I had to check on the repair status because I was going to run out of battery power for my oxygen concentrator the service personnel obtained the answer very quickly. The car was repaired expeditiously. They were very sorry for the prior long wait and gave me a discount on the repairs. I couldn't have been treated any better. They were all kind and considerate about my health issues. They were more than understanding.about the problem I had with the car. More

Lengthy process Our salesman seemed to be more interested in chatting with other employees than talking with us. He seemed surprised that we wanted to view and sit in the model we were interested in rather than sit at his desk and discuss options. He did however find a car with the paint and interior from their stock that we liked and got it ready for a test drive. His workup of the pricing was hand written and run by us hurriedly which was difficult for my wife, who is hearing impaired, to understand. We were not provided with a copy of his pricing. There were many delays that were never fully explained. Overall he was not very personable. Financing was comparatively quick and very professional. More
