I went in today for warranty work; The service department took all the appropriate steps to assure my concern was addressed to my satisfaction. While my vehicle was there, I had my vehicle detailed inside an took all the appropriate steps to assure my concern was addressed to my satisfaction. While my vehicle was there, I had my vehicle detailed inside and out. The detailer did an exceptional job, my vehicle looks brand new as it did the day I picked it up. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning, I was offered a free shuttle ride home, and once my vehicle was completed, someone from the service department picked me up from my home and brought me back to the dealership. The driver, as everyone at the dealership conducted themselves and a very professional manner. More

This dealership servise notorious for ripping people off and lying to them. We still got prepaid toyota oil change plan and after service we got bill for 160$🤣🤣 oil chage + cabin air filter replacement…. and lying to them.
