Mark Potrawski is great service manager. The last 2 times I went I had the pleasure of Bill taking care of me and my car. He makes the long wait tolerable with his friendly attitude and attentiveness towards his customers. I have even seen him talking to other customers that weren't his his customers and turned their frustration into smiles. He has a wonderful gift for customer service and believe you guys are wasting his talents by keeping him as an advisor. He deserves to be assistant manager at the very least.
