On going issue with 2013 Rav-4 rear hatch not opening fully, Have had on ongoing issue with my rear hatch not opening fully, then not closing, brought it in several time over the last two years, they always said Have had on ongoing issue with my rear hatch not opening fully, then not closing, brought it in several time over the last two years, they always said the tech could not duplicate problem, so they don't know where to begin. Finally had enough contacted Service Manager, made an appointment, brought it in 1/22/19. Service writer Rich Memenga came out and saw first hand, the hatch operation. Service tech took vehicle and couldn't duplicate problem. Because Rich saw the problem, he was able to get the struts/pistons approved through our extended warranty, parts ordered. Big thanks to Rich in service for taking the initiative in getting this ongoing problem fixed. Great job, in and out of there within an hour. Thanks Rich !!! More

Amazing service every time!! Bill and the service department provide quality service every time. They are honest in their assessment of what is needed, and proficient in complet Bill and the service department provide quality service every time. Bill takes the time to explain the necessary services and gives other recommendations and appropriate time frames for those recommendations. While continental Toyota service department can be a busy place, all personnel have positive attitudes and are very friendly at all times. More
Horrible experience I went in because I had a recall on my vehicle. They told me it was a 2 day job and it was in the shop for 2 weeks. Poor Customer Service, Terrible Staff in Service Department Needed an oil change for my car, and received a coupon in the mail for one from the dealership (I bought the car from them originally). I knew they would be busy on a Saturday so I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for 2:45 pm (The only appointment slot left according to the girl on the phone). I dropped off my car at 2:30 expecting a quick turnover since I had an appointment and only a handful of other cars were there. After sitting in the waiting room for 1hr 20mins I went back out to the garage to see if my car was ready and someone forgot to come to get me. My car was there, washed and looked ready to go. When I asked a staff member if it was done, they told me it hasn't been touched yet. I told him, this was not possible since I had an appointment and had already been there close to 1.5hrs. He then told me, the appointment does not necessarily put me in line for service, but only guarantees that I will receive service that day. If this was true, then why would I wait until 2:45 pm to bring my car in??? I was furious and asked for my car to be worked on, and the response I received was "Sorry sir, I do not work on cars". The service department of this dealership is full of high school graduates that can't seem to get out of their mom's house and for good reason. None of them are polite or actually care about the service you receive, they all are just waiting for their shift to end and hoping you do not bother them so they can continue to listen to music with one earbud in. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any more cars from here or bringing my car in for service. This dealership has really gone downhill with no signs of improving. More
