When I stopped in for my first service on my honda pilot, I did not have an appointment. Seth greeted me and welcomed me inside. He said it was "no problem" and he'd be "happy to help me." I called to inquire whether my auto was due for an oil change and spoke with Joey. We discussed doing the 15,000 mile check also. He said if I brought the car in that day he would have me "in and out" in one hour. I did and was out in one hour. It was a "painless" experience, everyone was friendly and they even washed my car.
