I am always taken on time and with the greatest of respect. Although my visits are only for service, it seems that everything is being done as it should as I have had no trouble witjh the car since I respect. Even after the sales/lease of the vehicle the Sales Consultants follow-up several times over several weeks to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase/lease. They want to ensure that if there is anything else they can do for you that you understand they are they to assist you. CSAM is great! Their customer service is exceptional. They work with you to meet your budget. I was unable to obtain insurance for 3 days and they helped me out by putting me under their insurance.
