I had an appointment recently to have things checked over on my vehicle. A text message was sent to me and I asked for all three of those things to be checked out. I checked to have the cabin filter replac on my vehicle. A text message was sent to me and I asked for all three of those things to be checked out. I checked to have the cabin filter replaced and that was not done. Also checked to have to the timing cover casket taken care of as it was stated that it was starting to seep. That was not done. Not putting on a new muffler was a blessing as I got a new one for way less then what your quite was. But my biggest issue is I called the service manger Chris Kjelshus and left two messages and he never called me back. I have been a customer of yours since 2011 when we purchased our first Honda CRV. Unfortunately due to your lack of follow up you have lost me as a customer and will purchase my next vehicle at another dealership.
