First oil change I brought my 2014 Hyundai Elantra in for it's first oil change. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait for my car to be taken i I brought my 2014 Hyundai Elantra in for it's first oil change. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait for my car to be taken in for service. The work was done in a very reasonable time frame. And they even washed my car. Great experience. More
Friendly Staff, Great Service and Comfortable waiting area I recently had an oil change at Country Hyundai, and arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I expected to wait until my appointment time, howeve I recently had an oil change at Country Hyundai, and arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I expected to wait until my appointment time, however, I was greeted immediately with "Hi, Are you Merri?". They took my car in right away, and it was ready earlier than the time quoted. The waiting area is very comfortable, with various snacks, beverages, and even a television. Thanks Country Hyundai for another pleasant experience. More
Very good experience I just had an oil change at the dealership and was very pleased. The waiting area was clean,had comfy seating,the TV large,free wifi and snacks. Airbag Recall Notice Received e-mail at 9:30 am on 23 MAY 2014 from Country Hyundai regarding recall on airbag module mounting bolt toque. Called after receiving e-mail an Received e-mail at 9:30 am on 23 MAY 2014 from Country Hyundai regarding recall on airbag module mounting bolt toque. Called after receiving e-mail and was immediately scheduled for 1:45 on 23 MAY 2014. Upon arriving for appointment I was immediately greeted by a very friendly and courteous service personnel. After paperwork was verified and car keys taken I was told by Tom that the recall procedure would be done immediately and would I like to have my car vacuumed and washed after the inspection was done. WOW! Quick, professional, courteous and friendly service plus a free car cleaning. During my short wait I had personnel from various departments passing by who stopped and asked if there was anything I needed.
