I went to Continental Nissan and Roy was my salesman. He was so very polite and not pushy at all. He knew I was a first time buyer and stayed patient with me through the five test drives and the millions of was so very polite and not pushy at all. After I had left on Wednesday night, Roy called me back on Friday and told me he had found the exact car that I had wanted and that it is in my price range. I had been going to dealerships for about a month with no luck. I just happened by, and decided to see what type of deal I could get. My wife , and I walked the lot. He brought the keys out for the car we were looking at.. We liked the car , and started to talk price. I had to be somewhere. so I told Sam, and his manager the deal I wanted, and left. About 15 minutes later I was called, and told out I could have that deal. I was a back in about an hour, and an hour after that I was driving my new car home. I am not big on responding to surveys, and I don't know how many more I will respond to, but because of the experience I had. I felt a little obligated to do a few. I had visited Continental Nissan originally back in 2010 and at that time I purchased a 2009 Nissan Maxima. I went there because I had called them on the phone after looking at their web page. I was so impressed with their professionalism as well as their real concern for making the customer happy. I left there that day with my new or I should say preowned car. I couldn't have been happier in my choice of dealership or car that I had purchased. Last week my husband and I had visited Continental Nissan again for another vehicle. This time we were looking for another preowned car. Immediately, we had found another car, this time we went with a 2009 Nissan Versa that had just arrived and we were the first to see it. My husband thought that this car not alone looked great but had low mileage, so this would make a wonderful second car for our family. We had it under coated especially with the winters in Chicago and picked it up a few days later. This has been our second purchase from Continental Nissan and we will be back again for future car purchases. The sales staff and especially our salesman, Matthew Klein was terrific. Our past experiences from using the service department on our 2009 Maxima has always been met with positive results.
