A-1 service I had 2 service issues and only one (A-1 service) met my satisfaction. The other was a nail in a tire. I was told it could not be repaired and must be I had 2 service issues and only one (A-1 service) met my satisfaction. The other was a nail in a tire. I was told it could not be repaired and must be replaced with a $270 tire. I went to discount tire the next day and had it repaired for $0. More

Return trip to get realignment. I was disappointed to have to travel from downtown Denver to Littleton to get my tires realigned. The service was recommended so we agreed to having o I was disappointed to have to travel from downtown Denver to Littleton to get my tires realigned. However after the alignment we had major pulling so i had to return to Courtesy and spend another hour in the waiting room. Routine maintenance Took my car in for routine service. I had called in the morning to set an appointment the following day but there were no slots available. The young w Took my car in for routine service. I had called in the morning to set an appointment the following day but there were no slots available. The young woman on the phone was very helpful in finding an alternative date and time that worked which happened to be the very same day. I was greeted promptly by an employee in the service center and directed to the service manager in charge of my vehicle. The service manager reviewed my maintenance record thoroughly and gave me recommendations on what needed to be done beyond the service I was requesting. I was given a quote on the necessary work prior to the service being per along with any discounts available. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable with snacks available while you wait. The wifi is easy to connect to and has a decent signal. Even though Courtesy Acura is not the closest dealer to my home I return there because of the friendly and complete service they provide. More

Too many inconveniences Have been going there for a while, mainly routine maintenance. Nice place and people but too many issues. Second time in last handful of trips that I Have been going there for a while, mainly routine maintenance. Nice place and people but too many issues. Second time in last handful of trips that I've had service issues, where I've left the dealership and something went wrong with the vehicle where I had to turn around and go back out of my way to return it and get it corrected. This time it was from their "recommended" maintenance service. Think I'll take my vehicle somewhere else. More
