Great Service Took my MDX in for service the other day. They got me right in, gave me a courtesy car and got right to work on my vehicle. Chris called in about an hour and said they were finished with the work. I returned, picked up my car, paid and was out the door in about 10 minutes. Great service and very helpful personnel. He calls me if I forget to get the car in when it should be. He is Very professional, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, pleasant, explains thing in a manner that I can understand, and always provides me with a loaner vehicle. He actually makes going into an automotive service department not only pleasurable, but fun, too. He really deserves some special acknowledgement from the dealership management. More

Shane help me understand the remote side mirror application for reverse backing on my MDX. Also ordered a part (not in stock) but will test me when it comes in. The routine maintenance was was done before suggested time... also I was advised to change the cabin filter and air filter, both were done. Both service and advise were excellent and I will return. arby18 P.S. The GM should leave the TV remote with the front receptionist or a manage to have better choice of channels early in the morning .... More

I came without an appointment, but was promptly met and signed. Shane Madison was my consultant. He got the info and told me the service would take about and hour or a little more. This included the routine checkup of fluid levels, etc., plus the complimentary car wash which is done very nicely. The service was complete in one hour and ten minutes. The car was returned shiny and looking brand new. I wish to give Courtesy and Shane the highest marks. I will always bring the car back to them for service. JC More
