Above and beyond I have had my truck for 11 months. Have brought it in a few times for service and minor stuff. I have the Karr Guard Protection package. Was not sure on how to obtain the service for door ding repair. Not many do there I have found out (after asking about this a few times) Scott went above and beyond asking several employees at Courtesy Chevrolet until he got answers. Scott gave me the documentation (that I did not receive at signing of my purchase?) and now I know the steps that I need to take and who to contact to get the repair done (3rd party) Thanks Scott for not brushing me off as the others have. More

Tim Jackson was very helpful as usual. I took my car in for my vehicle maintenance check up. Tim and his team found a few problems with my car. Tim explained to me what wa as usual.
