Courtesy Chevrolet is okay but Tim is AWESOME! I've been visiting Courtesy for years. I don't mind providing a great review where it's deserved. I asked my service tech if my car would be ready by I've been visiting Courtesy for years. I don't mind providing a great review where it's deserved. I asked my service tech if my car would be ready by lunch time (I had a scheduled maintenance appt.) He said "oh no we are slammed today and I only have one guy trimming today" It wasn't a big deal. I knew it was busy, as I waited for my shuttle ride I noticed how many customers were waiting. I ordered my free delicious tea and bought an extra tea for my supervisor so that he can enjoy. I always look forward to visiting to take advantage of the tea. About 4 hours later, the best service tech (Tim) called me and said my car was ready! He was even surprised that it was completed before close of business. Tim always takes care of me as his customer. When I first called to schedule, I left him a VM and he returned my call at 630pm. I have always been able to tell that Tim is a hard working guy. I appreciate his friendliness. He deserves an excellent rating everyday that he is present at work. Thanks for continuing to make my experiences excellent ones. More
