Nick is excellent at his job. However his support doesn't match up. I could not reach him by phone becuase the dealership had not corrected his extension and the perosn to whom my message was directed (Mark) match up. I first moved out to AZ in 2008, and I was really worried about what dealership was going to work on my car. As soon as I got out of my car I felt welcome, like I was back home at the dealership I bought my about what dealership was going to work on my car. Prior to having Tim Jackson as my Service Consultant I had Mark Hurtt. Mark was one the best service consultant I have ever had. He was very friendly, outgoing, funny, and down to earth. He was very helpful in every way possible. I was very upset when I found out that he was leaving. When I first started bring my car to Courtesy Chevrolet I had asked Mark if he was to ever leave who would he recomend to be my service consulant. He stated, "Tim Jackson". When I first met Tim he had a great smile on his face and it never left. Everytime I come in there he is always smiling. It GREAT!!!!!! He is very friendly, outgoing, funny, and I respect him a lot.
