Was very knowledgable about the KIA product line. He was very patient about anwersing questions regarding the car. We test drove several cars. And I loved his knowlege of the car and about KIA. And I love my Kia Forte.

Everyone at Brandon Kia was extremely friendly and helpful, doing what they could to make my experience quick and stress-free. My new vehicle is absolutely wonderful and I am extremely satisfied with the payment arrangements I was able to work out with the financing center. My husband and I spent a lot of time trying to figure out which car was best for us. We originally saw the Sportage and the Optima and Lakeland Regal Kia (right by our home) but were not incredibly fond of the typical "Car Salesman" that approached us. We decided to look at other options and wound up at Courtesy Kia in Brandon. Instead of being approached by a car salesman, we were approached by an incredibly personable man, Sam Rager. From the moment we walked in there until the following week when we bought our car and even the day after, Sam (and his managers) was more helpful then sales-y and that is the main reason that we drove all the way back out to Brandon to purchase our vehicle. I never felt like I was being pressured or being sold a car. Instead I felt as if I was being given the information that I needed and Sam's personal satisfaction of the Optima's. I must say, I am aware that I probably wasnt the easiest customer as I called Sam multiple times a day for a week with questions, and he handled it like a Champ!!!

Thanks Sam for a great experience. I will be reccomending you and Courtesy Kia to everyone I know looking for a vehicle!

My sales person (Bob Peavler) did a great job! He answerd all my questions and then some. Very friendly and helpful. I wasnt in and out as much as I had hoped but I understand car buying is time consuming. Friendly people with a smile for everyone. Over all, its a great dealership.

This was the best buying experience for anew car. Brett was awesome, he wasnt your usual car salesman...gave us Iinfo on the car and went thru all the features ect, and we came to a good price easily.

The whole day was awesome.we left very happy with the new kia soul..a+++++

This was my first experience purchasing a brand new car. Needless to say I was extremely nervous and after the test drive I went home without talking about or seeing numbers. I think that Rich sensed this about me and was very patient and informative about all of the vehicles that KIA had to offer, not just the Soul that I drove. He was never pushy and I never felt pressured. He did introduce me to Josh Sheppard before I left and they both made me feel welcome. After spending the weekend thinking, calculating, and researching the Soul, I still had not come to a decision. I went to work on Monday deciding to keep my car and not buy a new one yet. During the day I received many calls from the dealership asking me if my experience was pleasant and if my salesman was courteous and if I had any questions. At the end of the day I decided to go back to the dealership and see what they could offer me because I really liked the car and the employees made me feel welcome. I did purchase my first brand new car that day and the staff at Courtesy KIA made this experience easy and pleasant. This is a company that really exhibits what is lacking these days and that is Customer Service!
