Began my experience with Crabtree Toyota with Heloise in sales, who was knowledgable, pleasant, cheerful, and attentive the entire process. The next person I met was one of their sales managers, Ednei. He h sales, who was knowledgable, pleasant, cheerful, and attentive the entire process. The next person I met was one of their sales managers, Ednei. He had a great attitude and was willing to go above and beyond to fit my tight budget. The last person I spoke with was Priscilla in finance. Like the other employees, she had a great demeaner and was able to answer every question I had without hesitation. The finance process was quick and painless, and signing was made easy while still being clear. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Crabtree and will be comfortable recommending the dealership, as well as my friends and family to each person I spoke of above. Love my new Tacoma! More

Lorenna Sampio was my salesperson at Crabtree but was unable to get the car I wanted. She said I needed to put a deposit down in order for her to find my car. I gave her a 1,000.00 deposit and she said I unable to get the car I wanted. She said I needed to put a deposit down in order for her to find my car. I gave her a 1,000.00 deposit and she said I would be able to get it back if I decided not to move forward. It took her 3 weeks to tell me that they couldn't find my car and that they would order one and it would take months to get it. I found the car at Toyota Wallingford and decided to go with them. I let Lorenna know as soon as I purchased the car. That was over 10 days ago and did not get me refund on my deposit. She said she never received my emails or calls.I talked with her boss, Vanil Colodetti, and he said I would receive the deposit back in 2-3 days. That did not happen. I believe if you can't be honest with people then, how do you expect anyone to trust you? More

My sales consultant was Lucas, an excellent, patient professional, attentive to the customer's needs, and very helpful. As for his team, I couldn't fail to mention Vitor, the sales manager, and Hudson, professional, attentive to the customer's needs, and very helpful. As for his team, I couldn't fail to mention Vitor, the sales manager, and Hudson, the finance manager. They were excellent professionals, accessible, and committed from the first contact to the handover of the keys. This team speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish, which is a plus. We We apologize if we've affected the reputation of your business! But it's due to the helplessness of not being heard and the abuse by the sellers. We bought a 2020 Toyota Highlander. From the beginning, it presented problems (water pump, brakes, bearings, all four tires, water leaks when it rains, strange noise in the transmission). Now it has suspension problems and a damaged transmission, which is no longer under warranty. Now I have a vehicle that I can't use with my family and a debt to continue paying. Sorry! But I must mention that on top of all this, the vehicle also had a rear-end collision, which wasn't properly repaired. This greatly depreciates a car's value, and they sold it as certified new.
