Hello Sarah! Thank you very much for your attention and taking the time to respond to our complaint. We only declined the transmission maintenance recommendation once. The next time, we performed the recommended service with the service department. The recommendation for transmission service is every 60,000 miles. However, when the vehicle was sold, it already had nearly 59,000 miles and only 1,160 miles remained to reach the limit. Why didn't the dealership perform the service before selling it? Why didn't they change the tires? Why didn't they check the rear end? All of this was overlooked! We were left with the cost. I understand it's not fair, and we're open and confident that we can find a middle ground where both parties are comfortable. Another point we want to express is that the good treatment, human relations, work ethic, and transparency between sellers and customers can be reviewed. Thank you very much, and we're willing to find a fair understanding.

Darleny, I am sorry to hear about your vehicle issues. I spoke with management and service about your situation. Our service department had recommended servicing your transmission and unfortunately, you had declined the recommendation three times. Our Iron Clad Warranty unfortunately does get voided if the customer declines the recommended maintenance that could have avoided issues to your transmission and suspension. The vehicle went through a certification process that was approved and backed by Toyota. Any prior accidents on the vehicle would have publicly been accessible on the CarFax report. There of course will be wear and tear to the vehicle, such as brakes, tires, pumps, etc., especially with the amount of miles you had put on the vehicle.
