Will only buy from Crenshaw even though I've moved to a new town 30 miles away. They are incredibly honest people who I know personally and trust completely. Yesterday I drove in at 4:00 pm (on a Friday) with no appointment asking them to take a look at why my windshield wiper fluid wasn't working. They took me right away and an hour later I was on my way home with a new wiper motor at no cost - still under the 5 year warranty! More

I received an extremely friendly and enthusiastic greeting in the service. After explaining all I needed serviced, as I was walking in front, 2 of the sales associates greeted me and we spent probabl greeting in the service. Went there for 15000 mile. Service. Service dept. check out. My car. Before service. And after. Got new air cleaner in car filter. Also. This is my second car from Crenshaw Hyundai and I have always been treated very kind by everyone at the dealership. I worked with Trent McGuire both times I purchased a vehicle and though I may not be the always been treated very kind by everyone at the dealership. Was in Burlington when blower motor went out in a Nissan Pathfinder. Service department quickly diagnosed the issue and had it repaired the next day. My 2009 Hyundai Accent (23,000 miles) had battery problems twice, battery would just die for no reason, had to be jumped. Drove it to Crenshaw dealer where I'd bought the car, for full diagnostic, b problems twice, battery would just die for no reason, had to be jumped. Drove it to Crenshaw dealer where I'd bought the car, for full diagnostic, but battery tested ok, having been charged by the drive from Carrboro to Burlington. Was advised to have car towed if battery problem happened again. August 23rd, had same battery problem and had car towed to nearest Hyundai dealer. Battery was still under warranty by two days, having bought the car Aug. 25, 2009. This was disputed, however, by the Crenshaw dealer service department person I spoke with on the phone, saying that the car had been in service since Aug. 22, 2009, the date they got the car and so 'there was nothing they could do' and I'd have to purchase a new battery, being late on warranty by one day (except I wasn't.) I told Crenshaw serviceman 'Bill' that this was unacceptable and he still refused to OK a new battery. The Sport Durst Hyundai dealer, however, after some thought, decided to replace my battery under warranty, and washed my car as a free service! I was severely disappointed in Crenshaw's response for their unbelievable runaround and 'nothing we can do' attitude, so I give them the lowest possible rating. More
