My first service experience did NOT go well. I made an appointment for my first oil change and tire rotation and a paint coat. The service would take at least a day so I requested a loaner. They told me I would have to wait a couple of days to schedule the appointment so they could have a loaner car available. So I drove all the way into the dealership for my scheduled appointment, they told me it would take a bit to get my loaner car. After about 20 they told me there were 3 other people before me still waiting for a car, so it would be a long time. I told them I couldn’t wait any longer and I needed to get my car back. I had appointments I had to make. THE LOANER CAR WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR 2 days!!! So I had to drive back in again!! I asked a couple of people to take my husbands name and phone number off the the account because i will be the one driving the car and taking care of it and it did not happen. They still sent the service review to my husbands cell phone. I looked to see if there was another dealer I could take my car to, but it was all the way down in Dallas. I hope the service gets better. More

On 8/31/20, I was looking at a new 2020 Escalade, MSRP $82500, with 2 miles on it and an online ad for $66897. Sales guy said it’s sold and brings back a demo, MSRP of $84220 with 6952 miles and the online ad is for $68483. We agree on the selling price of $65000 and my trade in for $65200. Let them run my credit for the finance and the apr is approved for 2.9% for 72 months but they have raised the selling price to $75000, an increase of $10000. And although they increased my trade for $69000, I was still out over $6000. They said “it’s a better deal if the transaction is done this way." Financing the mark up is a better deal for who? Playing the dealer game for 4 hours is one thing but upon agreeing to a price and reneging AFTER running someone's credit was a total waste of time. Picked one up from another dealer 3 hours away as they honored their selling price and trade-in allowance over the phone. Shame on you Crest Cadillac Sales Department! More

I made a full price offer they accepted. Then they sent me the out the door price and proceeded to add an additional $1295 fee for tinted windows which were already tinted, door guards, ($10 on Amazon) and me the out the door price and proceeded to add an additional $1295 fee for tinted windows which were already tinted, door guards, ($10 on Amazon) and nitrogen air in the tires. When I questioned this charge in an email Matthew got upset and in a huge bold font replied “all dealers do this” as if he was throwing a tantrum. He then proceeded to tell me they had to make a second key that was missing and I had to pay for it. This is another bogus excuse several other customers have complained about in other reviews. On their web site right under the price they have a link to their disclosures which states the items you would expect to pay for such as sales tax, title, license and $150 doc fee with no mention of the $1295 fee they add on for pure profit. These guys should be reported to the BBB and the Texas Attorney General for not putting this in their disclosure statement. I felt I was doing my part by agreeing to their full price without them trying to scam me out of additional money. Since then their price has dropped from $36,300 to $34,672 so their greed has come back to bite them! More
