My wife and I had looked at several other dealerships trying to find a CTS that we liked when we finally stopped at Crest. Maybe I've just been going to the wrong dealers, but the service at Crest was s trying to find a CTS that we liked when we finally stopped at Crest. Not only did our salesman have the correct answer for every question we asked (and there were a lot of them), but he also took time after the sale to show us how all of the electronics work (and there were a lot of those). Not only was this the best service I've ever had at a car dealer, it might be the best service I've ever had at ANY retail dealer. If every car lot was as good as this one, car salesmen wouldn't have such a bad reputation. I'd go back in a heartbeat. More

We went to research the Cadillac SRX trying to find a car that fit our needs and budget. We had several vehicles in mind; Volvo XC60, Nissam Murano, GMC Acadia and the SRX. Tony did a great job showing and explaining all the details of the SRX, he made the experience fun and exciting. We told him that our decision would take about two to three weeks and he was understanding and not pushy at all. We went to all the other dealers and were just about set on the Volvo and decided to take a second look at the SRX. Bruce at Crest Cadillac was wonderful staying past 8pm to answer all of our questions and help us compare the two cars. After a night to sleep on our decision it was clear to us that the SRX and the service that Crest Cadillac provides could not compare to the others. Before leaving the lot Tony and Bruce sent us over to Greg Vetrano's department to explain all the features of the SRX. He was patience and took all the time we needed to make sure we were comfortable with the car's features. I would recommend Crest to anyone in the market to buy a car. They understand customer service and know how to make the car shopping/buying experience fun. Oh and they got us a great deal, they worked hard to make the car fit in our budget. More

The reason I gave "5" ratings is because this dealership deserves it. Every person we came into contact with was helpful and courteous. I have NEVER experienced such good salesmanship. There were no pressure tactics--just genuine helpfulness. I appreciate being treated so professionally. Bruce Rollins, my salesman, patiently listened to my concerns and his willingness to help resolve my issues, advised me to bring my car in at my earliest convenience. My service advisor, Russell Lilly was friendly, courteous and professional. He went the extra mile to make sure that all my concerns were taken care of. Thanks Russell for the prompt attention given; and to let you know that I recognize the effort you put forth in making the difference in the appearance of my vehicle. ALL dealers should have a mandatory training from these people, from their reception desk to the time you drive out!!! I've never, in my 48 years of buying cars, experienced a more well-oiled, totally cus people, from their reception desk to the time you drive out!!! I've never, in my 48 years of buying cars, experienced a more well-oiled, totally customer-oriented AND DEVOTED TO SATISFACTION dealership. I was at Crest for the 30,000 mile oil change/service of my 2007/SRX - while waiting, I strolled around to look at the latest model of the same car on the showroom floor. There it was - candy-apple red, loaded, etc. I fell in love! Bruce Rollins came around the corner, politely introduced himself and when I told him I was sure I wouldn't be able to purchase, he said, well, the least we can do is take a look at the numbers and see what we can do for you". In an hour or so, I had signed to lease and had my car the next day! I'm a very low-mileage driver, so, having leased before, it was a perfect fit for me - one I had never even considered at this time. The finance officer, at "paper signing" was the most relaxed, non-pushy, totally committed to my understanding of EVERY PART OF EVERYTHING I WAS SIGNING!!!!! The young man who walked me through "car school" to accustom me with all my new amenities, "Greg" could not have been more tolerant of this old 69 year-old's repeated questions and was just a fine young man, assuring me that all I need do at any time is call him and he'll walk me through whatever seems to be "blowing my mind"! I cannot rate this dealership high enough - it's the ultimate in "NOT FEELING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF" as most of us feel when we leave after signing. They're up-front with their deals; no "hidden" agendas or costs, and that just HAS to be respected!!! Again, major kudos to all at Crest - they're the only game in town for me from this day forward!! Stopped by to price a new CTS. Didn't plan to buy, but Arch found the exact car we were looking for and the price so we ended up buying the same day. Pleasant experience from start to finish. The car performs beautifully. Much better than we expected. The control one feels on the highway and around the city is exceptional. It is responsive, agile and user friendly. The highway millage is outstanding. On our 1200 mile trip home we averaged 28.5 miles to the gallon of gas. We drove from Wylie Texas to Ashville North Carolina the first day. Alittle over 900 miles in about 15 hours. I felt we could have made it all the way home with little or no fatigue or back discomfort. This car will be a true classic road car.
