It was my first car that I needed to apply for financing, and Dave Ulwelling made the process incredibly simple and stress free. He made what I thought was going to be a worrisome experience (I'm a self employed musician, and sometimes proving my income can be difficult) into something that I could afford without any hassle! I haven't had any issues with the vehicle I purchased through Dave at Crest Cadillac (outside of normal maintenance.) Highly recommended !! More

Bad service department I brought my vehicle in for body repair along with items that were covered under my warranty. I explained to the service department what was wrong. I finally got my vehicle back after spending over 3000 dollars in the body shop to find out the items were never repaired. I had my vehicle for 20 minutes and the same issues reoccurred. I had to bring my vehicle back up to the shop for repairs again. I am highly disappointed with the service department. The body shop did a great job. I will be going to a different Cadillac dealership in the future for all other repairs and services. More

Little did I know, he had been diligently working with a few people at Crest Cadillac that walked him through the entire process of finding the perfect vehicle for me. Tom Piontkowski and Juan Sandoval helped my husband every single step along the way. The both went above and beyond to make sure every detail had been addressed. This was to be the coolest Valentines Day gift ever. He was in a panic wanting everything to be perfect. They were very patient and continued to put his mind at ease. After they tracked down "the right one" they had it delivered, detailed it and parked it safely in the showroom. The day of the big surprise, Tom drove to my office to pick up my husband and I to take us to our secret destination (I was blindfolded) and when we got there, I pulled the blindfold off to find a brand new, 2017 Cadillac XT5 fully loaded with everything I had ever dreamed of. Tom and Juan even went the extra mile and bought heart balloons to surround it. It is all a blur at this point but I will NEVER forget the extremely friendly service, the way they worked with my husband to pull this off and the way that they constantly went above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend Crest Cadillac and both of these fine gentlemen as well as their Finance Manager, Brandon Roeglin. As a woman customer, I feel he listens to what I want, how much I want to spend, is not condescend I have worked with Lonnie on two auto transactions. As a woman customer, I feel he listens to what I want, how much I want to spend, is not condescending, and has a wealth of knowledge about the brand. In fact, due to my hectic professional life, our last negotiation was done solely by email and phone communication. When it was time to sign, the whole transaction took less than 15 minutes. Plus, whenever I bring my auto in for routine service, Lonnie stops by and makes sure I am still enjoying the purchase. The service department is also exemplary. They are prompt, excellent communicators, kind and professional. More
