This review is specifically about service and the cost of said service. I always get the “works” package which used to vary in cost from $50ish to $75ish if I remember right. I use my ford points to pay. Th said service. I always get the “works” package which used to vary in cost from $50ish to $75ish if I remember right. I use my ford points to pay. The last 2 times I was charged over $160 for the works package against my points which I did not notice. They do good work, but doubling the cost seems unreasonable even with inflation. I would(will) be very careful in the future when getting an oil change and tire rotation (which is all the works package is) and how many points they charge. More
