Good luck. .. My car with 32,000 miles broke down and needed towed to the dealership. Been a week now, no communication unless we call them. They tell us that i .. My car with 32,000 miles broke down and needed towed to the dealership. Been a week now, no communication unless we call them. They tell us that it might be 2-3 weeks, no loaners available. I have a car from another dealership that immediately offered a loaner. One of the techs thinks it might be a fuel pump, but they don't know for sure and/or when it will get in. They are short staffed and have lots of oil changes to do rather than look at a car that is dead. More

I had a very recent bad experience with leasing a Genesis , both mgr and sales person confirmed the deal and when it came to signing and putting deposit the general manager raised the price by greater than 1 , both mgr and sales person confirmed the deal and when it came to signing and putting deposit the general manager raised the price by greater than 10% , ie bad business tactics I would strongly not recommend anyone do business with this dealership . I had a very bad experience with Genesis when it was with Ron Mahofer and did not feel that I would buy another Genesis again because of that.however I went to Cresmont for an oil change for the car ,met Nic Ron Mahofer and did not feel that I would buy another Genesis again because of that.however I went to Cresmont for an oil change for the car ,met Nick and decided to buy the auto. The biggest downside on Genesis is the distance from Canton Ohio for service, which is close to one hour. They need to get a service facility in the Akron Canton area. My experience with Cresmont was good all the way through. More
