This was my second purchase from Crossroads. What I like about the dealer and their employees is that they were very patient with me when I was trying to make my decision. All of the employees wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my choice. They also took time explaining things to me that I did not quite understand. I also liked the fact that Anthony keeps in contact with me regarding any questions or concerns i may have. I am very pleased with my purchase of my new 2013 Dodge Caravan Minivan.

This is my second purchase of a new/used vehicle. Two years ago in April my husband and I purchased a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 (Hemi). I was more than satisfied with the service provided by salesman Steven Diaz and the CrossRoad Dodge team. The team assist my husband and I with finding the perfect vehicle type, color and price. They really went the extra mile in getting us or should I say me with my vehicle of choice. My husband favorite color black, although they couldn't find/ get us that black vehicle the team continue to search their inventory to find a vehicle my husband and I could agree on which was a Chocolate Brown 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 (Hemi) from their North Carolina inventory for a trade of our Black 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 (Hemi). Everytime the vehicle is schedule for service the team at CrossRoad ensures that we are still that satisfied customer. This month my husband and I both purchased a vehicle with the help of Steven Diaz and the wonderful team at CrossRoad Dodge. I am again a satisfied customer and prospective owner of a 2010 Mercedes Benz and my husband a proud prospective owner of that Black 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 (Hemi). I visited Crossroads Chrysler on the morning of November 3, 2011 (I came for the winter months (4) from Chicago). I rented a car for my trip. My Dad had already looked for a car for me at Crossroads and had made contact with Scott Reyes. I saw a car, 2012 Chrysler 200 Limited Edition that I really liked, therefore, proceeded to purchase, filling out paperwork, etc. The staff was very attentive during my time of waiting for processing, signing, etc., making sure I was comfortable with snacks, beverages and service (everything was clean and in order) By the afternoon, I had purchase my beautiful car. I kept in touch with Scott and visited there a for a couple of oil changes, balance tires, overall checkup of my car and car washes. When I went in for a third oil change, I saw Scott, selling cars, of course. We talked and he gave me a great deal on a WHITE 2013 Chrysler 200 S, that had more features than my 2012! I said I'll look at it, but not right now. He was very polite and said if you want to wait a little longer, that's fine. Well, I kept looking at the white 200 and all of its features, I was thinking about it and thought "why not now." Well, by the evening time, I was driving away with my White 2013 Chrysler 200 S! I love my car, its great on gas, lots of comfortable room, rides beautifully and I love it! Scott and the staff at Crossroads are friendly, experience, kindhearted, great to deal with when making these kinds of purchases. After living in another state and coming here for a few months, I don't believe I would have been able to purchase a car anywhere else after being in town for 24 hours! Many blessings to the staff at Crossroads Chrysler! My brother purchase a vehicle from them also! He loves his car, too!

Thomas Wilcox was so nice to me, I was looking fora new car but could not afford one, so he showed me other options,, he was NEVER pushy or demanding in any way. I think he was such a nice gentleman, and I have lots of his business cards to give to anyone who is interested in a new or used car. Mr Farley did all he was able to do for me as far as financing my vehicle. WHAT A GGREAT DEARLSHIP TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

I have test drove many vehicles with several different salesmen and no one has matched the sheer knowledge Stephen posses. Every question I could think of was answered immediately. My dealings with Andy where a relief as his personality immediately put my mind at ease, and made it seem like I was shopping with a close friend. They complemented each other perfectly. I have added a few items to my new Jeep, and they have taken it upon themselves to schedule everything for me. You know they are genuine when you go back and they are just as happy to see you now as when you were looking to buy.

We were looking to down size from our jeep to something with better gas mileage and being on a fixed income we had a price in mind for another vehicle. We were treated like we were millionaires and we came away with a awesome Chrysler 200 Touring and a very affordable payment as well.
