The manager, George Greenwald looks out for his customers, he will do all that is in his power to make it possible for you to purchase a car from Crossroads. If you have any questions or concerns on your car all you have to do is ask and you will be shown how to do whatever you are trying to do. The parts department is very helpful if you want to order extras for your car, they give you the best deal they can to compete with going online to purchase the parts you want. Dealing with Josh Fogg in the service department is always a pleasure. If I call for an oil change or to have something added to our vehicles he always fits us into the daily schedule if at all possible. If you need a ride to work they will see that you get back to your office. I know that I can trust his decision if something needs to be done to our vehicles, he will not recommend anything not needed. I can honestly say that going to Crossroads to see the new cars and trucks is great because you are not pressured if you just want to look around, when you are ready a reliable sales person will help you with you purchase.
