Hands down, Mr. Shaw gives phenomenal customer service. I know that when i take my car in for service, i can trust what he is telling me and know he's not just trying to make a dollar. I also have friends t know that when i take my car in for service, i can trust what he is telling me and know he's not just trying to make a dollar. I also have friends that go to this dealership and refuse to see anyone other than Mr. Shaw. This says volumes about him. I recommend him often as i know he will take care of everyone i send to him. It is also very refreshing to see someone that truly loves his job as Mr. Shaw does. I hope that his supervisor recognizes him as the outstanding employee he is and treats him accordingly. If i were in their business, i would do everything in my power to make sure he worked for me. Thank you for giving me this opportunity. It is truly deserved. More

I went in with no appointment and was serviced nonetheless. Not only was that apprecaited but they had some work stations available with phones, internet etc...which allowed me to get a good amou nonetheless. John Shaw did everything exactly as he promised. I also liked the opportunity to speak and see the actual problem with the mechanic as well. John has gone above and beyond every time I have gone in for service. He has been extremely friendly and accomodating since my very first visit and I didn't even purchase my vehicle at his location. I own a 2003 Acura, bought it from Crown Acura in Clearwater and have always had all service completed at this dealership. Recently I encountered a significant problem and Crown along with Mr. Shaw Clearwater and have always had all service completed at this dealership. Recently I encountered a significant problem and Crown along with Mr. Shaw really "stepped up to the plate" to assist in getting it repaired in a short period of time and assisted in the paperwork to keep my costs reasonable. One could not find a better Service Department then the one supported by Crown Acura and the fine Service Writers. More

From the moment you pull into the service bay or car lot, you are recognized and appreciated. I recently was on the prowl for a rare Acura that is not made anymore. I had dealt with one of their Sales Representatives, John... and he had been nothing but respectful, understanding, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the dealership was not able to acquire the vehicle and I was forced to purchase elsewhere. This situation was just out of their hands and had absolutely nothing to do with them. I had to break the news to them that I had found my dream car at another dealership. However, this was actually the beginning of my new found loyalty to this organization. I made a promise that day to return for all any and all service that would be associated with the car. John thanked me and wished me the best, thinking he would probably never see me again. Just another patron in his office taking up his time. A few months later uh oh! I needed service, just an oil change but service none the less. I promptly contacted Crown Acura of Clearwater, FL and booked my appoitment. "What are the chances that I would receive the type of treatment I experienced with the sales department, now with the service department?" VERY GOOD, I found out! Paul Haggarty, welcomed me to the service department. Personally escorted me to his desk, and we began the process. They ask you questions, actually listen to your requests, and act on them. Honesty is what I look for when someone is working on my vehicle. These guys are nothing but honest. They are extremely knowledgeable as well. I truly believe they take pride in their work representing Acura and ensuring that you are receiving nothing but the greatest service possible. I have to admit, Paul Haggarty goes above and beyond. His ability to deliver outstanding hospitality, deal with customers (like myself) that are extremely finicky and meticulous with the work being performed, and at the same time be 100% genuine is what makes me return. He is a great asset to Crown Acura, and should be commended. These guys keep you informed while the service is being done. They even go as far as to e-mail you and provide updates and notify when it is complete. Most surprising of all, is the fact they empathize with their customers. They will assist you with getting problems rectified that may even be out of their control, and even do their best to find discounts and coupons for you to use. I will continue to act on my loyalty to Crown Acura of Clearwater, FL as well as Honda Motor Company as a whole. Bring this group your business and you will not be disappointed. More

The service staff at Crown Acura is excellent. I changed dealerships over 5 years ago because a friend highly recommended the service department at Crown Acura. I was introduced to John Shaw at my first vi dealerships over 5 years ago because a friend highly recommended the service department at Crown Acura. I was introduced to John Shaw at my first visit and he has been my service manager ever since. John has always provided me with acurate quotes for my service with no surprises. He always provides me with a thorough explanation of the sevice performed and gives recommendations when it is appropriate. John is the consummate professional.
