When we first came to the lot, he introduced himself and made it apparent he was there if we had any questions. He was not pushy. He gave us time and room to look at the cars at our own pace. When we did have questions, he gave us his full attention and answered them professionally and courteously.
We were interested in several different models, and he arranged for us to see everything we needed to see that could help us make our decision. When we did reach a decision, he did everything possible to help us get the deal we asked for. During the whole process, his involvement made purchasing our car a real pleasure.

From the beginning I was treated brilliantly at Crown Honda. Steve Yeager made the sales process easy and I didn't have to haggle at all to get the deal I wanted.

Following my purchase of a used Chevy Blazer I noticed an odd noise coming from the brakes so I took it in for service. This is when I had the pleasure of dealing with Glenn Helmstetter. Glenn informed me that they would take care of everything and even gave me a rental car for the night as they did not have all the necessary parts that day. I picked my car up the next day and true to his word there was no charge. These guys make sure whatever they sell you is in the right condition and if it isn't they will make it right.

After having bad experiences with other dealers in the past I was skeptical at how nicely I was treated by everyone at Crown Honda, however, my experience was brilliant and I would highly recommend Crown Honda as an honest, fair and pleasant dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

This is the second time I bought from Crown. As usual again, it was an overwhelming experience esp due to Stan. Stan was extremely helpful in finding me the right color and he offered me an excellent price.
Overall, i feel Crown is the best Honda dealer in Tampa Bay Area!

Glenn Helmstetter was awesome, he was very friendly, he is a good listener and gave me the fact of what the car needed in order to solve the problem. I like people that are honest and sincere.

We could not be more satisfied with our experience buying our 2013 Honda Fit from Johnny Ginn. We first saw him in August, 2012, "just looking". We returned several times for more test drives, and Johnny's friendly demeanor never wavered, and he never made us feel like he was losing patience with us. He never acted like we were wasting his time. For 8 months, he followed up with friendly phone calls, reminding us that he was there to work with us when we decided to make the move and buy our car. By the time we decided we would make our purchase, we would not have considered working with anyone else. Once we did buy, he worked hard with us to get us a deal we felt great about. We want his efforts, and our satisfaction, to be recognized, and hope this review will help make that happen.

Michele Dessert is the reason I have my car serviced at Crown Honda. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and translates "car talk" into something I can understand. She makes me feel like I'm her only customer (I never feel rushed). She takes a personal interest in me. In fact, she's helping me find a nice, used car for my teenage daughter. I had the pleasure of dealing with Stan when purchasing my Odyssey Touring Elite. He was very professional and his communication speed was excellent. Besides price, the fact that he got back to me so quickly and followed up was what made me purchase from Crown. I recommend Stan to anyone.
