He is friendly, funny and really gets what customer service is all about. He made sure I was taken care of when the passenger door wouldn't open, and when I was having ignition problems. The facility is clean and efficient, and stopping by for a quick oil change is no problem. I highly recommend this dealership for purchases and continued service. More

The dealership is also nice, but unfortunately I have been spoiled by my previous dealership whose service department, inventory and staff that are amazing and so my expectations are very high. I would have liked to have given an Excellent rating and to have been wowed by Crown Nissan but my experience was lackluster due to a handful of reasons. More

EXCELLENT Customer Service I had to bring my car in for a very past due oil change and turned out that my car also needed some kind of update. I told my service advisor, Chris I had to bring my car in for a very past due oil change and turned out that my car also needed some kind of update. I told my service advisor, Chris Derby, that I need to be at work by 9. He said that shouldn't be an issue and that everything should be done in time for me to get to work. About 20 minutes into me waiting, Chris came over and asked if he could give me a car for the day so I wouldn't be late for work, just in case the work wasn't done. I've had a number of cars from multiple dealerships, even higher end, and have never had better customer service. I also needed a new part for my car. Chris called within two days of receiving the part and scheduled my appointment for the following week. Couldn't have been a better experience! More
