He was very professional, and thoroughly explained all options to me regarding service that was needed to maintain my 350Z.
I am a longtime customer at Crown, and have always depended on the service dept to keep my car safe while on the road...I would not go anywhere else for service...Crown and their professional staff are the best!

I had an exception experience when I brought my car to be fixed. Rob was very friendly and helpful. He even joked with my son. My car was finished in a timely fashion and, we were on our way in no time.

My daughter was recently in a car accident and is in a wheelchair for a few more weeks. However, she was in need of a car so that she can return to work upon the removal of her casts. She was shopping for cars online and located one that caught her eye. Will was super helpful so that I was able to test drive the car on behalf of my daughter. My daughter was then able to handle most everything via phone and email and only have to go to the dealership for a brief visit to sign the paperwork and take delivery of her car. She was thrilled with the experience of purchasing her 2010 Nissan Altima on her own.

Will Shull gave me, and continues to give me, excellent service. In addition to working with me on my purchase, he continues to work with me to obtain some additional services I requested; it is nice to work with someone like him. Prior to my visit to the dealership, I spoke to Will and we discussed exactly what I wanted. It was refreshing to get to my appointment and he had a vehicle waiting that met my exact criteria. I also highly recommend Rob Wilson. I worked with Rob about three years ago when I got my last vehicle and it was a pleasure to work with him again. He had all of my paperwork ready in a short amount of time, it was all easy to understand, and I was finished very quickly. People like Will and Rob are why I have been Nissan customer for the last 13 years. I bought my first Nissan in Tampa at another dealership and switched to Crown in St. Pete for service about a year later. I have gotten my last three Nissan's from Crown and have not regretted my decision.

My experience doing business with Dave was fantastic. He was helpful in answering my questions and he got me a fantastic deal on the car I really wanted. Everyone at the dealership was really friendly and accommodated my schedule. Crown Nissan gave me an excellent first car-buying experience. I would definitely come back to buy a car here again.

Superior service with a friendly smile! Rob Zoffer went out of his way to ensure my truck was taken care of. Still remembers me when I see him as I pass through to the parts department. Overall great guy. Glad I chose crown nissan. Will gladly return for service in the future.
