The salesman, Chris Davis, was very helpful, and explained everything well. The finance department was very slow, and not as helpful. I waited several hours after I signed the agreement to purchase. I was ready to walk out and go somewhere else. After I expressed this to a couple employees there I was finally able to complete the purchase. I went there at about 10:00 AM. and. did not get the vehicle until after 3:00 PM. Dealer Rater advised me to contact Sicilia Antal at Crown Toyota and I e-mailed her. I did not get a response so I called the dealer. I was told she no longer works there and has been gone for over 3 months. More
